Would like to have a place to leave my vehicle,other than parked on the busy street. Otherwise, location was great. The individual who helped me went above and beyond. He started up the vehicle and drove it around the front to where I parked my car. Very nice!Lori P.

We always had a good experience with U - haul but unfortunately, this time we didn't have good luck. We rented a truck to travel from nj to Florida and this truck had no air conditioning, we traveled dehydrated for over 20 hours with hot air. As a customers We're very disappointed.Beatriz R.

Confusing that there's three different Uhaul locations all within a mile of each other........ this one was behind an auto repair which didn't make sense. One of the technicians actually backed my car in to remove my hitch. That was very helpful!Haley W.

The office worker clearly did not understand the online express check in process. When I attempted to get the keys, he told me I didn't have a reservation and argued with me that I needed to show my license, pay, and sign a contract despite the fact that I had already done that through the app and shows him the check-in screen.Jessica A.

I ordered and paid for 4 dozen furniture pads, which I was told in my confirmation email were guaranteed, but there weren't enough pads available. I was unable to get a refund for the ones not included and I was told to just contact customer service. They didn't seem to know how many I had ordered. Also the fuel tank was extremely low, I had a warning sign saying only 32 miles were left when I turned the engine on. I was warned that it was low but I didn't realize quite how low.Charles K.

Pick up location was awful guy had no idea what he was doing, i got a phone call to drop the truck off somewhere different then where I picked to drop it off, had to call back and complain then it got switched to the location I chose. Just an all around terrible experiencescott N.
There was nothing with the personnel here -- they were fine. It is the U-Haul traffic department which is a miserable failure and the reason I am unlikely to ever rent with U-Haul again. I will be writing to customer service separately. Both my requested pick up locations were changed by U-Haul at the last moment and with tremendous inconvenience to me, resulting in my having to walk over mile through a gang infested neighborhood.Charles L.
When we were finally given a drop off location, it was by someone at the pickup location who had no familiarity with the drop off. She said that all locations have safe places to put the car and mailboxes to drop keys in, whether or not the location is open or closed. We dropped off the truck at 5:15pm, and the location was closed and gated. There was no mailbox or slot for keys that we could find. We had to call the regional field agent who, after having us look for some time for a mailbox, ended up telling us to park the truck in the driveway outside the gate (basically on the street), put the keys under the seat and leave the doors unlocked. He promised us that if the car was damaged or stolen in the morning, we would not be faulted, but we still weren't comfortable with the situation. All together, this whole rental process had problems every step of the way. Communication was poor between various uhaul agents and locations, and it added a ton of stress and wasted time to an already stressful moving day. We will not use uhaul again.Danielle A.

Me and my husband inspected the truck realized that the left back tire had not treat I was concern because I rented to drive to florida from NJ and notified the person reponsible and he didn't come to look and send a worker to tell us that was fine. I drove all way to Florida with fear that I could have a flat on the road. Also the truck has a oil leak. Not the way I expect to have a truck to drive .EDWARD H.

Amount of fuel in truck was incorrect on contract and I didn't see it until I got into truck. They locked the doors and I couldn't have it adjusted because they closed so I was left paying that extra fuel chargeBARRY S.

I returned the vehicle on Monday, but they were already closed, and there was no place to park the van and no key drop. I couldn;t ake the chance of leaving the vehicle and key anywhere, so I drove home and back the next morning, causing an extra day's rental, minor mileage overage and all the associated fees. All locations should have a night drop-off. I should be refunded those additional fees!CINDY E. B.

When they gave me the truck the paper said there was 3/8's of a tank but really the tank was 20 miles until empty. If I hadn't said something I would have been out 30 $.Michael L.
The site is just an auto garage and there is no easy place to park the truck when you bring it back. I rented the truck on Saturday morning thinking that I would have plenty of time to return it at this location. What I was not informed of was that the location closed at 3 on saturday's (Who does that?) and then they are closed on sundays. Luckly someone was leaving the garage when I got there or I would have had to pay late fees for returning it. Never again with this location.BEN L.

It took the mechanic/staff at the location (U-Haul was barely marked) more than an HOUR to process me and get me in the truck. He ran my cards (why did he need more than one?) through multiple times and that offered me an UNEASY sense of what was going on with my financial information. When the charge went through I did not receive any contract, it was a "here are the keys" and nothing more affair. I had to instruct them on what had been rented and just paid for - the blankets that I had paid for (which reeked of the gas/oil in the repair shop) and now it was a matter of â€œhow many do you want?â€. The equipment, the cab was dirty, wreaked of cigarettes and had ash everywhere. The box/cargo area was unswept and the ramp had more "drywall demolition detritus" as well ... I do not believe this place to indicative of U-haul as a whole and want you to know they are not helping the brand equity of U-Haul as being the premier DIY moving supplier.David C.
