Emmanuel H.I would recommend this place but unfortunately would recommend uhaul to anyone. The pick after hour was a horrible experience. Your company needs to get more organized and verify ahead of time to make the verification at site smooth. Calling an employer or a person at 02am is not a reasonable expectation.

Jose M O.There is only one person when can assist with the U-Haul rentals within the location and he was not there at the time of pick up. If you do not complete the entire checkin before pick up time you may face this issue because that same person is also one of few who speak English as well.

Lia R.There is no where to park a rerun after hours except for the street. I don't recommend this place as a drop off place. It should only be used during business hours. The area was poorly lit and I felt unsafe. It was very dark a and dirty area. They have tons of garages where you can't park a car. Very poor drop off location

Joseph D.I paid 36,86 cash for the little bit of gas and going over 12 miles but the problem is uhale also chard card on file 36.86.I was soposta get 25 for sweeping truck and cleaning it and a 100 dollar deposit refunded and I did not.Now this is not the drop of place issue it's a UHale issue.If UHale could plz put the 36,86 back on card and my refund of 125 that wood be great I was counting on that when I arrived.thank you christine okunak

Ehud B.Truly unreal what I went through yesterday my wife and I had already paid for furniture pads and a mattress protector and were to pick them up there. Not only did they say they didn't have the protector but tried to charge us for the furniture pads we purchased!!!! So we had no choice but to return them. So we did and now we have to call Uhaul to dispute the charges and get a refund.

ROMAN B.I'm being charged twice!! $175 and a few days later $161!!! This is unacceptable! I rented the 10 foot truck for 8 hrs and brought it back 2 hrs before my time was up with a full tank of gas and no mess nor damages and I'm being double charged!! This is unacceptable! Fix this immediately please!
Jeffrey J.My remote access pickup was scheduled for 7pm at Valencia Auto Shop; upon arrival @ 6:45pm the gates to the yard were padlocked. Over 90 minutes of frustrating hold time and dealings with 5 different operators (2 of whom asked me what my phone # was and then immediately put me on hold, a 3rd who said she was in PA and couldn't help) did not resolve the problem. UHAUL needs to know which vendors have after hours pick up and which do not!

Stephen Q.Confusing that there's three different Uhaul locations all within a mile of each other........ this one was behind an auto repair which didn't make sense. One of the technicians actually backed my car in to remove my hitch. That was very helpful!

When I attempted to get the keys, he told me I didn't have a reservation and argued with me that I needed to show my license, pay, and sign a contract despite the fact that I had already done that through the app and shows him the check-in screen.

Paul Z.I ordered and paid for 4 dozen furniture pads, which I was told in my confirmation email were guaranteed, but there weren't enough pads available. I was unable to get a refund for the ones not included and I was told to just contact customer service. They didn't seem to know how many I had ordered. Also the fuel tank was extremely low, I had a warning sign saying only 32 miles were left when I turned the engine on. I was warned that it was low but I didn't realize quite how low.

scott N.There was nothing with the personnel here -- they were fine. It is the U-Haul traffic department which is a miserable failure and the reason I am unlikely to ever rent with U-Haul again. I will be writing to customer service separately. Both my requested pick up locations were changed by U-Haul at the last moment and with tremendous inconvenience to me, resulting in my having to walk over mile through a gang infested neighborhood.
Charles L.When we were finally given a drop off location, it was by someone at the pickup location who had no familiarity with the drop off. She said that all locations have safe places to put the car and mailboxes to drop keys in, whether or not the location is open or closed. We dropped off the truck at 5:15pm, and the location was closed and gated. There was no mailbox or slot for keys that we could find. We had to call the regional field agent who, after having us look for some time for a mailbox, ended up telling us to park the truck in the driveway outside the gate (basically on the street), put the keys under the seat and leave the doors unlocked. He promised us that if the car was damaged or stolen in the morning, we would not be faulted, but we still weren't comfortable with the situation. All together, this whole rental process had problems every step of the way. Communication was poor between various uhaul agents and locations, and it added a ton of stress and wasted time to an already stressful moving day. We will not use uhaul again.

JOHN B.Me and my husband inspected the truck realized that the left back tire had not treat I was concern because I rented to drive to florida from NJ and notified the person reponsible and he didn't come to look and send a worker to tell us that was fine. I drove all way to Florida with fear that I could have a flat on the road. Also the truck has a oil leak. Not the way I expect to have a truck to drive .
EDWARD H.Amount of fuel in truck was incorrect on contract and I didn't see it until I got into truck. They locked the doors and I couldn't have it adjusted because they closed so I was left paying that extra fuel charge
