There is no where to park a rerun after hours except for the street. I don't recommend this place as a drop off place. It should only be used during business hours. The area was poorly lit and I felt unsafe. It was very dark a and dirty area. They have tons of garages where you can't park a car. Very poor drop off location

Joseph D.I paid 36,86 cash for the little bit of gas and going over 12 miles but the problem is uhale also chard card on file 36.86.I was soposta get 25 for sweeping truck and cleaning it and a 100 dollar deposit refunded and I did not.Now this is not the drop of place issue it's a UHale issue.If UHale could plz put the 36,86 back on card and my refund of 125 that wood be great I was counting on that when I arrived.thank you christine okunak
