I had a terrible experience . The general man customer service was very rude and distasteful from the second I walked in . He didn't let me view any documents he was flipping through so fast . I asked him how did my total get to $80 when my rental was $29,99 he said he didn't know or he couldn't show me .he also rigged it to say I drove 14 miles when I only went 2,9 miles down the street and 2,9 miles back. He was very shady and sneaky .I would never do buisness there . He also steals your deposit .Tiyeasha J.
I would never recommend this location to anybody they were not helpful out all they could barely understand what we were trying to communicate to them, and they could not communicate anything to us the were very rude we had to call my wife to call the 800 number to uhaul to get someone to helps us with the reservation because the two gentlemen at the location we picked the truck up could not figure out what they were suppose to do, then they were telling us that the place we were suppose to drop the truck off at when we were finished with our rental did not exist when our son asked them where we were suppose to take the truck off to then they told him to just pick a place and leave it there ( at this point our son started recording them and told them he was recording them they started helping us but still told us to just pick a place and take the truck anywhere ). It gets worse from there not sure if the trucks have to go thru a inspection or what but the truck we were given almost got us killed twice1. first off it was raining out and the wipers were terrible 2. We could not go over 55 because the whole truck would start shaking like it was going to fall apart , so basically it was like a nightmare 3. The brakes were so bad that we almost slammed into a car in front of us because we could not stop. It was like they ( or uhaul didn't care how safe we were as long as they got paid ) And you can check your records we have rented so many trucks from your company and have never had a problem, my wife called the 800 number to try to get assistance and the lady put her on hold then basically came back and said there was nothing she could do we would have to call another number in the morning. So I'm not sure if any of this matters to you that truck should be pulled off the road before it kills Somebody thank god it was none of us or we didn't kill anyone with the brakes not working if you would like I can upload the video we took of the gentleman telling us to just drop the truck at any location . All the way thru this rental we were met with unprofessional service and we were still charged almost 300 we went over the mileage because of this this is just bad service all the way around and the drop off location should be lite up a little betterJohn L.
This location accepts reservations and then refuses to give the keys to the vehicles. I had to contact customer service in order to gain access to the key lock box. It was a frustrating and unwelcoming experience.Taryn W.

I was orginally supposed to pick up the truck at another location but it was changed the day before I was to pick up. I had to drive another 20 minutes out my way. This location is just a convenience store and a parking lot. The store attendant didn't have my reservation on record even though I had check-in online. I ordered a hand cart, furniture cart and a dozen furniture blankets online but this place didn't have any. The store attendant credited me for these items I had paid for but will need to confirm when I receive my cc statement. The attendant was polite but not knowledgeable. The inside of the truck was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. This location doesn't have the facility to check on the maintenance condition of the truck. Fortunately the move went well and I had no mechanical issues with the truck. U-Haul should not send customers to this location to pick up.Mark N.

The location was dirty. The uhaul was not clean. There was broken glass in the back of the truck. It took 45 minutes for the agent at the location to finish my check in. He was rude and told me that his main business was his store and not uhaul. That he did uhal only for the commission. When I arrived there was no one in the store. The agent took over 30 customers while I had to be serviced in between customers.Jacquelyn B.

Adjust payments when you drop off for mileage and gas. I went under 75 miles I paid for and left truck full of gas and received no creditDianne T.
Online stated location was closed and would not let me check in after 30 mins on the phone with uhaul at the location the lady over the phone did it for me but she added on services that wasn't on my original service that's I had booked online. Pretty horrible experience.NYESHASAVOY J.
When I arrived at this location, the keys to the truck were not available. The store clerk called the manager and the manager told me to cancel my reservations instead of having the employee who took the keys bring them back in. I refused to cancel my reservation. The employee finally arrived after waiting for almost 40 minutes. I will never rent a truck from this location again.William D.

I was having problems with the 24hr truck share process. I don't remember his name but I received a call and he walked me through the rental and return process. Without his help the rental wouldn't have happened. He went above and beyond especially since he was on vacation.janice H.
This pick up location was not the original location, it was changed to this location the night before pick up time. Original reservation included 2 days and 123 miles. After picking up the truck, it changed to 1 day and 82 miles. This location was about 25 miles away from original pick up location (means I had to drive extra miles to get to the place I need to move stuff). It ended up I had to drive more mileage but getting less mileage I included and less day. When I returned the truck , an extra $20 was charged for extra mileage. I believed as a minimum the extra mileage charge should be reimbursed due to the cause of it was because U-Haul changed my pick up location.Keith K.
The signage is poor for identifying the store as a Uhaul location. The inside of the store wasn't very inviting either. The gentleman that helped me was nice, though, but he was also the only one there. I only like this location because it's close to where I live.Dylan G.

The store is not clean. The clerk was very polite, he needed a bath. I also had a location change which cost me an Uber ride. The truck was clean and in good repair. The only supplies at the store were blankets. This in turn necessitated another stop.Robert P.

I reserved a 20 ft truck with an appliance dolly. It was confirmed by two different people leading up to my pickup date. I arrive to get my truck and neither was there. Come to find out my reservation had been changed to a 15 ft truck and no appliance dolly was available!! I was an hour on the phone waiting for someone to answer the phone. When she finally answered, she was trying to find a larger truck, and she put me on hold and never came back!! I've dealt with uhaul many times in the past, but never again!!Bradford C.
They overcharged me It should be 55 plus 22,89 for mileage only and i was charged 120 I had a terrible time picking up the truck which is why the representative had to revise the entire contract and i waited over an hour just to then turn the truck in what I presumed was 45mins early i arrived at the gas station at 3:48 put gas in the truck actually extra gas in the truck and waited in line to turn things over he wrote the mileage down and said i could leave I then get billed for an extra day He took his sweet time to input information into the system I'm sure and if i was 13minutes late according to the paper is that really necessary to charge me an entire full day Definitely disappointedAshley H.
Bed furniture had water damage by the end of the trip. The has a whole big enough for water to seep through, which in my case happened. Although there was rain for must of the trip, that's no excuse for my belongings to get damagd the truck should've been SEALED!!! As prevention. The person in the store would not get up out of his seat to inspect the truck and could not answer any questions I asked. He could barely understand me though I spoke in clear and distinct English. I received an email about unexpected charges for gasoline. I made two inquiries by email (the ONLY contact information in the email), but the emails went unanswered. I live in the neighborhood -- two miles down the road -- and I do not expect to recommend this location to anyone for any reason. The transaction as a whole was not a good one as it was done remotely. I use Uhaul several times a year. In the store, I have received paperwork to document all of the information about the rental. Specifically, in a store, you receive paperwork to confirm the gas gauge. I did not get that with the remote pick up, so when I dropped the truck off to complete the transaction, I was charged for gas unexpectedly, thinking I had returned the truck with the appropriate amount of gas. I did not receive any documentation beyond the legaleeze email. I do not plan to reserve a remote pick up again.Matthew J.

After being told that the vehicle was equipped with a ramp, and That was not the case, I had to make a new reservation and drop the other truck off. Requested a refund from the $95 charge and was told I can only get back $15 which is unsatisfactory.Dwayne C.

The pick up took a long time although my order was already processed online, the location was unkempt and not everything that I paid for was available. I ARRIVED ON TIME FOR MY 12PM ICKUP AND ASSOCIATE DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL 1:30PM. They could use better training in their system. I litterally had to coach the guy behind the counter on how to do it thru his cellphone. Later the guy with the laptop wasn't even any better help. I've used uhaul numerous times, but highly doubt I'll do it again. Not to mention I couldn't get a receipt, but oh wow, here's a survey! SmhBrandon T.

After my reservation and pickup location changed unexpectedly from one 5 minutes away fro me to one 30 minutes away from me, ownership told me they would be available from 7am on to give me the key to my truck. When I showed up the next morning, ownership said they were closed and there was nothing they could do to give me the key. No information was shared at all regarding mobile app use and I had to call U-Haul service to get help.Vipul T.

This was one of the worst U-Haul experiences I've ever had. I spent 2 hours just trying to pick up the equipment. Computers were down , no one was knowledgeable about anything it was exhausting. Trying to return the truck was even worse as I spent an hour trying to dispute for an attempt to overcharge me. Legitimately a terrible experience , I will certainly not be renting from U-Haul anymore.Norica R.
