The vehicle wasn't clean and had garbage in the vehicle from the previous use as well the staff weren't extremely knowledgeable of how to use the systems or the overall process.

Worst ever services I received. I was advised to always via calling instead of booking online by your manager. I spoke to someone before the manager who could even type my credit card number properly in the system. After an hour wasted finally got the code and van number. And then cherry on the cake was that the van was extremely dirty. Someone's luggage bags, clothes blankets were all there. Dashboard had candles sticked. Extremely awful experience. Will never book with you guys ever.
