Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExtremely poor experience at this U-Haul pickup location. The pickup process was a mess—the guy had me pick up the truck and park it in two different locations, which was confusing and unprofessional. While I was getting the truck, he called me multiple times to rush the process. However, when I returned the truck in the evening and needed assistance, he completely ignored my calls and wouldn't pick up. You can't be that demanding when giving the truck out and then disappear when the customer is trying to return it. Save yourself the stress and go to a different location."

Karanveer KI was charged for more miles than what i took because of the automatic original charge. There was no refund due to my extremely short trip.
