They charged me for fuel when I left the same amount in it that was in it at pickup!!!! 1/4 tank I was told that is what I needed to do then I noticed a charge in my credit card.

chris wMy equipment I paid for wasn't in the car, the attendant was not very helpful, the app for self pickup and drop off was very problematic and why do I have to submit additional proof of identity like contacts that have to me verified during pick up and now before…? My pickup took so long and I had to call support twice.

Hrishikesh KThis place was a gas station and the cashier there was not supportive at all. I arrived at the place at 5:10PM and the cashier handed me an I-pad to fill out the required information. But did not give me any guidance on how to use it nor what to do and had me wait for him for 20 minutes. He was taking care of all the other customers that came into the shop and did not help me until there was no one coming in and had me waiting although I was in the shop way before any of the other customers. I was late for my move due to this and was terrible.
Zeehan CThe vehicle was reserved in advance. The vehicle was clean and available early in the day. Utilization was expected for 8 hours. However, the task was completed more rapidly. The truck was returned by mid-day. Thank you for the courteous service, at the pick-up and drop-off location.
Richard AReservation was made and the truck we reserved days ago wasn't there. Had to get another truck and pay more. Staff didn't seem sufficiently trained and really had no idea what was going on. I had to help them with the reservation process and I don't even work for UHaul.
Kevin SRey sending them the correct bill next time instead of a bill that was 450 off!! And then maybe empower your "24/7" customer service reps to handle the customer service issue without having to escalate it to someone who is not there on weekends. Overall the WORST service I've ever had with a car/truck rental company

Thomas Kstaff were friendly and accommodating, but did not know how to use the tablet contract and the keys were not in the right place. Fortunately a supervisor finished my reservation and the Uhaul manager helped solve the key issue. All in all the attitude of everyone (4 workers) made it a fine experience.
David BCheck in on online was timing out. Required to go into store. seems the website was unusually unresponsive on Wed night.
Patrick MPlease make sure that the pick up and return process is easier on the website as well as the location.
SUK MIt took lots less time and milage then we thought. Is there a chance for a refund? This truck was a pleasure to drive and use for moving stull. I would certainly rent it again!
Bonnie TOrdered Dolly was missing and closest location was 10mins away. Lock and cargo door were frozen (wintery conditions) and truck had under a quarter tank of gas (despite being at a gas station). Given a reservation with time, I would've expected it to be prepped for pickup. Kudos to patient customer service rep, Joselyn, for helping troubleshoot
