Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI did not feel the customer service representative knew what they were doing. The truck had a lot of flaws and I thought for sure they were going to blame me for them. they were not clear on if I needed to put gas in the truck and it was also not obvious that I had to pay per mile which was annoying.
