jagdev sekhonI got charged in very shady circumstances. The truck was not ready to go. And I was told that we will charge you by night as that when store will be closed. Got charged by next day with 2 extra KM put on. I am not even sure what and how they charged. I need truck for 1to 2 hours got told either u take it for whole day or we can't do. Took me about an hour to get the truck. Very poor service and will not be going there back.

Actually the person/owner dealing with this uhaul rental in Vinayak grocery shop is way should be behind bars for fucking scamming people . The customer service is so fucking terrible , I don't even know how these fucking people are working still. Not to mention their stupid fucking vehicle was not clean, with non functional wiper frozen in ice and was basically unsafe for the person using it. These fucking clowns overcharged us, such a Indian fucking milking mentality taking advantage on the people for their fucking short comings and a poor customer service. Why would this fucking people are still in business, this subsidiary should be closed and someone should fucking look into these fucking scamming criminals

Customers should tell the faults so that the next customer does not find it. It should be rectified. Good experience with this outlet of Uhaul. Very friendly and understandable.
Jagdev SekhonBeing a customer I was harassed by the owner and his associates on call and in store in-person. Even after informing them the return time after 24 hours I was forced to give up the vehicle in 15-16 hours because they had multiple bookings from others ahead of time. This was the worst and the most harassing experience ever experienced by me I would never recommend renting UHAUL from this location to anyone.

JASVEER SRANNo clear communication. Returned the truck on 1st August but still got 4 calls from U-Haul for returning the truck. I personally went to the location again on 2nd August to resolve the problem. They responded that the person handles the U-Haul customer for the dealership was having a day off. That can't be a acceptable reason at all. Really frustrating experience. Need to improve on customer service.

On top of that I was charged the full price for returning the vehicle right away as soon as I detected the fault.

Farhad ShaikhWe booked from 4 pm, however the advisor activated the booking at 2:21 pm, when we had originally called. When we called to make sure we have till 3:59 pm the following day, she said I will be charged for 2 days as the booking had began at 2:21 pm, when we had originally requested truck from 4 pm. The Manager called back and spoke very rudely that its our mistake and did not help either. Very poor Customer Service. Not the first time I booked with U-haul, but never experienced such attitude from U-haul employees. Need some training here.

ravi singhThere was no windshield washer in the truck. Not clean from inside. Windshield was broken. Tire pressure was low. Most important the owner (Lady) was so rude. I'll never recommend this location to anyone. When I told regarding these issues she said you do whatever you want to do. I am regular customer of U Haul but never experienced this type of bad service. Totally unhappy with the service.
Manoj SangtaniWhen I walked in to return the uhal instead of asking my name or a way to bring up the file, i was accused of being late. I assured her i was not and was about to bring up my recipte when she then was like ohh the 10"? Then i was told it would take 5 mins for my payment to go through and i cpuld leave. I waited 5,5hrs and had to call them back because they hadnt finished the prossess as per uhal when i called them. Then they possessed it. I found it a bit stressful cuz i was worried i would be billed for being late wo i had to keep checking my account. But in the end it was good.

Ajat JohnVery bad customer service! On your webpage is 79 cents per km and this place told me it was 99 cents per km and finally they charged me $1,27 per mile!!! Canada is using metric system not imperial so it should be kilometers… Also was charged $1,6 for credit card charges! The staff never asked me how I wanted to pay, the customer decides which way credit, debit or cash. I want all that take into consideration and recalculate the amounts

They still charged the blankets to my contact and told me I had to pick them up at another location. My reservation was already changed last-minute to a later time and a different location, so the additional stress of having to deal with going to pick up the blankets from another location, refunding the original blanket charge because it was made in error, and opening a new contract just for the blankets was not something I wanted to deal with on moving day when I was supposed to leave my unit by 12 noon and I had movers waiting for me at the house.

Staff told me to park the car along the road and walk for 80meters to bring the keys inside the store. Expecting that they will conduct checking of truck before sorrendering keys and truck. After a week a got a call that truck back door door unable to open. What the heck men, in good faith i surrender truck running in good condition and no damage.back Door can easily open . Why they conduct checking before they allow me to leave and then more callrecieve from store about such issue. Annoying experience. Call back to them to clear the issue but lady spoke to me hang up phone in the middle of our conversation.. she told me the she will call me back before she had another cx to assist. I just follow the instruction to send the truck to another location because truck need by monday morning. Sending truck sunday afternoon to help you guys. recieve $50 bill credit not enough because what happend. Very inconvinience to me and nor worth it.. Do t want to do it anymore. You guys there need to improve your self and be professional thank you
arturo abercaI have rented uhual numerous times before. I always return the truck in good condition. Never i have had any problems with my rental. However, when i returned my truck today, the owner wanted me to sweep minor pieces of dust. Immediately,they offered me that they will clean this for $25 charge. I refused that and told them i will clean it myself. This location is finding a convenient way of extracting extra money from customer for very minor inconvenience. It literally took me 2 mins to do the work. I certainly dont agree with this money extraction technique. The truck was in no way in condition that reflected the cost that they wanted me to pay. Absolutely ridiculous

Ronald BarrettThe van which I had rented had no functioning back signal lights and upon returning it within ten minutes of rental I was still charged 45 plus gst for generating the contract instead of recommending to exempt this from the new contract which was a pickup for a returning van at 7,3pm
