I would have given them more than 5 stars. I couldn't return the van on time because I had a dental surgery and I was not supposed to drive. I managed to return the van after they called me for it. Not a suitable location for an operation like this. Vehicle was not cleaned before we took it over. Popcorn and other food wrappers littered the floor. Vehicle also looked like it hadn't been wiped down after its previous driver. Not good enough, especially during a global pandemic.Adrian L.
Window wipers didn't work, it was a Rainey day. We received the wrong dolly we had ordered. The drop off box is rusty, keys didn't fit well and it cut my finger open because you have to force the key in the drop box.Ian J.

Customer service was horrible. They gave me gas below quarter and I took a picture added gas before moving for another 30 $so that I don't run out. While returning i explained the situation that gas is more than quarter which was just ignored by the agent and did not consider any way upon my request. She mentioned that nothing uhaul can do to credit you anything. I rent uhal from Barlow trail atleast 6 times and the service was always excellent.LAKWINDER SINGH M.
Staff was extremely rude, location is questionable at best. The vehicle had garbage in it when picking it up and was given to me at least than a quarter tank of fuel. They or another customer has set the vehicle to read KM rather than Miles in the odometer which the store then proceeded to blame me for. When offering to change it (I've used the same model cube van) I was brushed off while the staff member struggled for 20+ minutes to try and figure it out himself. Overall completely dissatisfied with there service and would not recommend anybody do any business with this store or U haul if this is the standard they have for pick up locations.Dorian H.

They need to minimize the processing time as we have to wait for 2 hours just to pick up the truck which we booked one day ahead. The clerk who helped us had asked us too many times about our personal information. He even insisted that I do not need a collision damage coverage just because he do not know how to add it on our profile.Limneo C.
The vehicle was filthy looks like never cleaned inside. Customer service is very poor at the location. In COVID-19 all the equipment should be cleaned and sanitized regularly but this location just gave keys to me and took keys back when i got back there i am sure it will happen same for the next customer.wasiq I.

The service was so horrendous the person who works there was sleeping in front of the computer he try very hard to don't fall sleep. Also he didn't wearing mask for protect the constumer from the covid19 in addition to this the payment method is only available for credit card because the machine is not working. You're asking for a uhaul experience rating but only giving options for the locations, not dealing with uhaul online (which was garbage). I was 1,5 hours late starting the move because I could not get a truck on time that I had precooked and prepaid because I NEEDED to not be late I had to pay a fuel surcharge becoase I didn't have time to fill it. I requested this fee be waived since it was uhauls fault and for no responseCatherine M.

Vehicle was gross and grimy in the cab, the back had a carpet and broken hangers and dirt from the previous user, I was not provided with a dolly as I ordered one. The process to pick up the vehicle took over an hour and I did the prereservation setup. He had an aruguement with a lady about groceries and refused to refund her as well, this location is a joke and has way to many businesses, the owner could not understand me nor spoke English I can't even argue the cost he is a scary abusive man from what I saw in the store and how he treated his customersKyle D.

If I picked up the uhaul at this location then I have to return back at the same location. How crazy is this? Uhaul as a company should look into this. Authorized dealer doesn't mean they can do whatever they want.Biju A.
The service was EXTREMELY slow. When we got to the truck we opened up the back and it was DISGUSTING, the person who used it before us left it filthy drywall dust EVERYWHERE and drywall pieces EVERYWHERE. Before we could use it we had to do a thorough sweep and sanitization of the back of the truck because we were transporting furniture, clothing, and other household items and we didn't want everything covered in drywall dust. When we returned it we told the owner of the store how filthy the truck was and that we were NOT SATISFIED... in the back of the truck there is a posting that states that if you return the truck all cleaned out that you would get 25 $off so I asked the owner of the location about that and since he spoke very little english he said NO. I am VERY DISSATISFIED and I am going to make sure to tell everyone I know DO NOT rent from Uhaul they do not stand behind their advertising. Van was dirty but the online process went well. I used my iPad rather than my cell phone this time and it worked much better. Just used my personal hotspot off my phone.David H.
The rental was fine. Had a lot of issues getting a strong enough signal to do the self-checkout. The chat help person was excellent and helped me through all that. Only then did I find out that I still had to go inside the store to pick up the key. During this COVID-19 situation, the whole point of using the self-checkout was to not have to go into the location, so that was very frustrating. In addition, although the truck was clean enough, the area around the pickup location was not (garbage all over the place). I would still give a recommendation for UHaul, but will never use this particular pick up location again.Tina L.

Timely pickup and clean truck with exact amount of fuel that is mentioned on contract. I got truck 25 mins late and waited in the shop for shop owner, next nobody comes with me to inspect the truck before handling keys. Truck was realy dirty from back(have pics to prove) . The contract says it has full tank of fuel, i have pic from store location with given kms and below 75 % of gas.Amandeep singh K.
