Vehicle should be full of gas, to first click, when taken and the same when brought back. Otherwise, filling gas tank is by guess. Do it like rental cars do instead.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPersonal experience from Vinayak U Haul services; the lady took my booking on Friday 21st August around 7pm which was supposed to be for a whole 24 hrs, she doesn't check if there’s any other booking for the next day or anything, she just books a rental truck for me right away and then she notices a booking for the next day at 11am. She calls her colleague, and the latter started talking to her, she hinted at her initial coworker while speaking to me saying that I absolutely have to give back the rental truck before 11am since the next day. She said if I cant, then she’ll transfer me to another location. Unfortunately I urgently needed a transfer truck and the that location was the most convenient for me, but because of the people work incompetency, I had to give back the truck at 10.40am next day instead of 7pm, no compensation was given in any way. Highly unrecommended Vinayak U Haul.
PRIYA VVehicle condition is so bad and A/C not working and they cannot able to get a different truck when outside is too hot, but I have no choice. Mechanically the vehicle is so poor and I was so scared to drive and luckily I finished my trip with no incident. U-Haul management should go for inspection before anything happens to anyone.
