Jeffrey WDrop off was easy but not sure who was at fault but 3 weeks after drop off my wife received a charge for almost $2000 saying we just dropped it off somewhere in by Chicago. For a company that has been around for this long it's very difficult for me to understand how. Uhaul needs to make sure these locations are stocked with what they need for customers to order online. The Chicago location that charged us the $2000 was not even where we got the uhaul from so I don't know how they even charged us. Not to mention when I called was very rude and basically called me a liar and then hung up on me. In the end we did get our money back and said employee called and apologized. Zero stars, fix your business
Abeer AWe rented a 6'x12' trailer. It was ready when I arrived. They assisted me with hookup and I was able to drop it off that evening with no problem. I really appreciate it and will rent from them again.

Laura GI have used Uhaul at lease 5 times over the last 6 years. Most of the time it was a hassle free seamless experience. Not this time, due to way you have changed your business model. Why is it booking online "due to availlability" not having the location availablity change the day of pickup? Also, a phone confirmation of a appliance dolly . Not available when picked up. This was a game changer, but I was stuck . At $20 rental have some spares avaiilble at your locations! It is all about the service and availability, not necessarily the price.

Jeff HThe car port trailer I rented had an unusable broken tire net strap on the front. A previous renter broke it of about a foot short and didn't tell management about it. Hard to tell u til I actually went to tie it down. I had to load my antique truck and head about 5 miles to the Elizabeth location where they added an extra come along to get me through. I had no issues for my 150 ride after that. Better over all inspection of these trailers may want to be done on every trailer that is dropped off to avoid issues. It was a Saturday so I was lucky they were able to help.
Pat HThe straps for tying down the tires 1 was broke & wouldn't reach the ratchet to secure the tire. The other 1 looked worn & damaged. I had to rig up the 1 to safely secure the vehicle for the ride. I can't believe that they would let the trailer go out in that shape, especially when they have another one there that's in better shape.
ROBERT CThe truck had bald tires and was filthy. The location was ok except for the fact it was 3 hours out of the way. I'm more upset with the tone of the person who called to let me know where and when I could pick up the truck. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I would rather call and speak to customer service at Comcast than your customer service! I will absolutely NOT recommend your company to anyone.
Patrick RIt was frustrating that my original reservation in Maquoketa was unable to be fulfilled and the the Davenport location I was diverted to also did not have a trailer to fulfill my reservation. Cost me 4 hours of my day plus mileage to rum from Maquoketa to Davenport to Elizabeth to Maquoketa. Unacceptable...

PATTY RThe same comment applies regarding the U-Haul "app" and in-person service. Again, I ended up using "in-person" at the drop-off location, which worked well as the place was staffed on a Saturday.

Michael MI got a truck that had roaches in the truck. I had to buy bombs so I wouldn't bring them into my home. Told I'd be reimbursed and wasn't.
