Chris at Virgin Auto went "above and beyond" in all respects, including but not limited to coming into his shop on a Sunday to make sure my reservation was processed quickly. Chris stayed in touch throughout the process. I highly recommend him and Virgin auto.
JANICE SChris our agent was knowledgeable about our move. He was able to answer all of our questions. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. We even enjoyed his bad dad jokes Lol! Way to go U-Haul. It was a great experience overall. The movers we hired through U-Haul (Luxury Loaders) exceeded our expectations. They were fantastic. The same goes for the cleaners from JMB. They were able to accommodate us same day. They left our house sparkling.

GRANT BBe more visible than the Hyannis location. Virgin owner was pleasant, cooperative and efficient. Van was new and clean. This is the only location I will go to in the future.

Amanda JChris was incredible! There was no waiting, he greeted me immediately and was ready to go with the paperwork! I was in and out in under 10 minutes which in my experience is unheard of for U-Haul locations. This location is so much more than a U-Haul rental, it's a full service auto repair shop, foreign and domestic! Fair and honest pricing, owned and operated locally! I will absolutely be back for any rental or repair needs I may have. Thank you for your hospitality, Chris!

Chris MOvercharged. Vehicle not maintained-both dirty and unsafe. Vehicle shook when accelerating. Over 100 000 miles. Spilt coffee, sand and dirty. Gas not full at pickup. Overall felt very unsafe

guido aI used this uhaul location twice. Once without contact (all done through the app) and once with Chris doing all the check our and check in. I highly recommend this location. Ir was way less expensive then if using a different location.
Sonya SIf it weren't daylight, I would have been afraid. It was an abandoned warehouse/garage at the end of a pothole filled dirt road. A rusted out sign saying 'UHaul'. It was an unattended drop off location that could be better used for the opening scenes of 'Law and Order'.

leona BThe app is terrible. Being forced to use something that doesn't work made this process so incredibly frustrating. Even more frustrating, customer service kept pointing me back to the app that wouldn't load. Please fix the app if it's mandatory.

Suzanne DAfter I drop my load The truck would. No start. Than the road service never show up tell the next day I had find my way back the location .where my vehicle was. A real shit show never again I would not rent from U haul..

Justin AI am an event planner and often have to rent large trucks to haul bigger decor or floral to an event. I would seek out other rental companies because my local UHaul location was so awful to deal with. I was SO HAPPY to find Virgin Automotive. The truck was ready and packed, Chris was a pleasure to work with and I was in and out fast, and he was very kind about extending my truck rental when I ran late. Won't rent from another place again.

ANDREW MWe originally booked at another location but were referred to this location as they did not have a truck. We had a 12;00 pickup time and called at 12:30 to say we we're running late and was told that they closed at 1:00. Luckily it worked out. The truck was very clean.

david uChris was great to deal with. Polite, courteous, friendly and accommodating. When the truck I originally reserved was not available, he drove to another UHaul location to pick up another truck for me to make sure I had one when and where I needed it. And even though the only one available was a little bigger than I reserved, he kept my rental price the same. An easy transaction and great customer service. I highly recommend Chris if you need a UHaul rental.
