This drop-off location is kinda out of the way, but it's on the Cape which is exactly what we needed after buying a home there. Since we are in the midst of a global pandemic, I opted for the contactless drop-off. It was simple and easy to follow. I highly recommend U-Haul and this location if you are moving to or from the Cape!
Another look under the seats during cleaning - there was an empty soda can under the passenger seat.

The checkout process was cumbersome. I was asked, online, to provide additional information, like a passport. It took 20 minutes to get someone on the chat to solve the problem. Also, I ordered an appliance dolly. There was none in the truck. I was still charged for it. I have requested a refund but have not heard back

Pick up Drop off was fast . Chris at Virgin Automotive was easy to work with. Great mid- Cape location, didn't have to drive to Hyannis!
The location and whole process of getting the uhaul was amazing at the location. Virgin automotive and Chris himself were so friendly and accommodating. No complaints there. But the way uhaul runs their business is another story. The biggest scam and bait & switch operation. A dirty way of doing business. Don't tell me a 10 footer is only $19.99 and at the end of the day, there goes $200 from my bank account and I didn't even leave Cape Cod. It's $19.99 just to look at the vehicle. Then if you wanna drive it, be prepared to give up your first born ??. Deceiving. Change your business strategy, uhaul. You're only going to piss people off and tarnish the good relationships you have with the companies that outsource your business.

U-haul offered a hand truck and furniture blankets - these were not in the truck when I picked it up. When I called Virgin about these later - he said - Oh - i dont have that stuff, I never supply - call Hyannis. If this was the case why did your web offer it? NOw I need to pursue a refund for these items? Seems like a poor plan on your end, that creates additional burden for me.
