The website says there is 24/7 access and that I could pick it up even though the location was not open. Not until the day of the rental did it say that I had to wait for it to open to pick up the van. Mechanically the truck was in tip top shape and also very clean, the only trouble we experienced was the trucks driver seat did not go back far enough. The driver was six foot, eight inches and he literally had no room for his legs to go. While driving his legs were right up against the dashboard making driving uncomfortable. They should allow for more space from the drivers seat to the dash board. This was the only problem I found. I hope I have helped a little with your review.dee S.

The location was convenient, but gritty industrial park like. No big deal to me, not unsafe, but not "clean and inviting" . Mechanic who received keys from me was pleasant, polite regular guy: "Thanks a lot, have a nice day". Done. And I didn't have to drive a few miles more to the "clean, inviting" location in Hyannis.GLEN K.

Was overcharged by 40 $and got the runaround from U-Haul when I tried to get it dealt with over the phone. One customer service rep said he could not do refunds and gave us a number to call that was the same as the original number we called. Second woman promised to transfer us to a manager then hung up on us. Will be disputing these charges through my credit card.Nicholas U.
The truck was exactly what I requested and the rental price was fair. The guy in the office was nice, but I was told the truck had 1/2 tank of gas when it only had 3/8. I asked him to correct it, and he said he would, but then I was charged a gas fee when I returned the vehicle with more than 3/8 tank! Please refund this incorrect charge immediately.Isaac H.

This drop-off location is kinda out of the way, but it's on the Cape which is exactly what we needed after buying a home there. Since we are in the midst of a global pandemic, I opted for the contactless drop-off. It was simple and easy to follow. I highly recommend U-Haul and this location if you are moving to or from the Cape!Nathan F.

The checkout process was cumbersome. I was asked, online, to provide additional information, like a passport. It took 20 minutes to get someone on the chat to solve the problem. Also, I ordered an appliance dolly. There was none in the truck. I was still charged for it. I have requested a refund but have not heard backRobert K.

The location and whole process of getting the uhaul was amazing at the location. Virgin automotive and Chris himself were so friendly and accommodating. No complaints there. But the way uhaul runs their business is another story. The biggest scam and bait & switch operation. A dirty way of doing business. Don't tell me a 10 footer is only 19,99 $ and at the end of the day, there goes 200 $from my bank account and I didn't even leave Cape Cod. It's 19,99 $ just to look at the vehicle. Then if you wanna drive it, be prepared to give up your first born ??. Deceiving. Change your business strategy, uhaul. You're only going to piss people off and tarnish the good relationships you have with the companies that outsource your business.HELENA W.

U-haul offered a hand truck and furniture blankets - these were not in the truck when I picked it up. When I called Virgin about these later - he said - Oh - i dont have that stuff, I never supply - call Hyannis. If this was the case why did your web offer it? NOw I need to pursue a refund for these items? Seems like a poor plan on your end, that creates additional burden for me.David H.

when I made a reservation at hyannis U haul and went to pick up the truck they said they had no vehicles. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone and then to go Virgin Automotive in Yarmouth to get the truck overall the truck was good but the hyannis location screwed up and made a reservation for me that they could not honor. When I went to Hyanns they had two trucks in the lot but would not give me one. Overall I believe I should get a partial refund or discount.Frank M.
