I was assigned the wrong truck which delayed my time at the uhaul. I had pre-ordered a utility dolly but they did not have one. I had to pay more money for the appliance dolly, and it was not useful for my move. I was told that I could drop off the uhaul at any location and that was false information which caused me such trouble in returning the vehicle. I had to go to 3 locations, the QR code would not scan, customer service could not change the drop off location.

The drop off location is a gravel lot with no one working there on a Saturday. It seems like people would need to move on weekends. While I was dropping off the trailer there were people looking to rent and they asked me was there anyone there to help. The signs for how to return were not the best. I called the U-Haul national dispatch number and the lady was helpful. She sent a video link, but it only covered truck returns. I was returning a trailer. I could see how returning on a weekend could be a problem for someone who couldn't lift the trailer off the tow ball. It isn't a task for some folks. I was sent a text asking when I was returning the trailer as, "we have families waiting to rent the trailer". Except you didn't - not until Monday anyway. There was nowhere on the contract that said the place would be closed when I arrived at noon on Saturday. Now you kicked back my review because I said "Not Applicable" on were personnel helpful. Don't put that as a choice on your survey if you only accept yes or no. I didn't interact with anyone at the drop off location. They weren't there. No one was there, so interaction was not applicable.

PAULINE WTo get checked out on my trailer reservation took nearly an hour and then the staff was not particularly helpful when hitching up to my vehicle as the trailer was sitting a bit too low at the tongue to connect easily which I circumvented.

JESUS MThe person with whom I made the equipment reservation could have been more knowledgeable about the reservation process. Answers to my questions were vague. When confirming the operating condition of the utility trailer, service staff determined that I had a problem with the turn signals on my pickup. Jayson, one of the service technicians, dedicated time to troubleshoot the problem, which was determined to be a relay switch. His commitment in resolution of my problem epitomized customer service.

SALLY JHad truck for 5 miles, returned because AC was not working. Customer service was non existing both picking up and returning. Just seemed like as a customer we were a bother. Uhaul is charging me $90 for 5 miles on a misfunctioning truck. Refusing to refund any of my one day rental, insurance, no Refund. Check out did not require checking AC.

JAMAN PI was sent to a different location than requested and given a smaller truck. And ine with no ramp, at that. Gee, moving furniture with no ramp was fun... The truck had a tire pressure warning light and I was told I had to take it to Les Shwab. (Warning indicator stayed on and Les Shwab said they shouldn't have allowed a customer to take a truck that wasn't in appropriate running condition- I agree.) When I inquired about truck size, as the size I had reserved was on the lot, I was abruptly told that it was "probably reserved for someone else." She did later apologize for the rude response, but first impressions stick. I was also not able to adjust side mirrors to be able to see adequately while driving- they were set for someone taller than me. Tried to YouTube it, but couldn't find what I needed.
