Pick Up in Moses lake Washington was the most frustrating and scary 2 hours of my life. You should feel lucky I don’t sue you for emotional damage. I will never rent from your company again. It was a total disaster. Only bright spot was the drop off in Portland. I want a refund and an apology for putting me thru that experience. Actually you should pay me for using your company. I have never experienced such poor customer service and incompetence while setting up a rental.

James WCommunicate that there is fee for after hours drop off, dropped the truck off after hours not knowing there was a fee and I had spoke to the lady at the location asking what I needed to do for after hours drop off. I would have been able to drop the truck off the next day during business hours and not gone over my rental time
