At first, I wasn't signed up for contactless pickup but, I reached out to U-Haul and got a response right away - it was a Saturday. They walked me through downloading and using the app - which was an absolute breeze!
James BThe App was not working right when we showed up to pick up the truck, it got locked up on several screens. We called the phone number and got routed to another number quite rudely. We waited and kept trying the App, finally we got through the App the payment screen. It took way too long if this is the way you want your customers to use your services.

JOHN KThe truck was clean, but it was not running well. We were scared the truck was going to break down, but thankfully the move was in town so we were able to manage without any problems coming up. Also, there was no one here when we tried to come pick up the truck (and we had it scheduled online a few days before), so we had to wait until they returned to do what we needed to do. The customer service with getting everything done and coming back quickly after we called to let them know we were there was great, which is why we left 3 stars. There is some room for improvement, mostly talking about repair maintenance of the truck for safety. Blessings and thank you for everything! :)

Christine WThe pick up location was not the problem. The U-Haul scheduling was. While I was looking into availability, I was contacted by U-Haul to book early so that I could get the equipment I needed at the location I wanted. So I booked over a week early, then the night night before pick up, I was contacted by U-Haul and told I had to drive 45 minutes from my home to this location because the location near me that I had booked wouldn’t have the equipment I had reserved.
MARK LThe truck had a check engine light on and tire pressure was stuck on so I couldn't read the mileage. The person checking us out didn't give a receipt before we left with the truck so I have no idea what the mileage was when I started and when I returned it. They charged me for 26 but I don't know if that is correct or not since I could not verify with my own eyes. I tracked how many miles we went and it was not that amount but since I have no record of starting and ending mileage I can't fight it.
Daniel KDriver side sun visor broken. Looks like it has been that way for some time, and it should be repaired. On a different note, I returned the truck at 5:55 PM and since the office door was locked, I had to go through an EXTENSIVE procedure to figure out how to process the return. This was done with my mobile phone, and took over 30 minutes. In the end, after creating and verifying an account on th U-Haul site, logging in, verifying my device for logging in, reconfiguring my device for location permissions for the phone's camera, the instructions were this: Drop the truck's key in the key drop box. I wish I had been advised of this procedure when I picked up the truck. The key drop box was in plain sight, but the procedure for returning the truck was not posted. I wish the office had stayed open until 6:00 PM, as was displayed plainly on the front door.

Kenneth MThe app to return the truck is complete garbage. After taking pictures of the truck and hitting next, it requested pictures of all sides of the truck again. Then when I repeated this, I had to move the truck to the parking spot for the final location spot pic since I took the previous pictures in a well lit area. The time to move the truck caused the app to close and I had to repeat the process a third time!

KRISTOPHER GLocation was great even though my pick up and drop off time was "after hours" when they were closed, they made sure to call me before my rental, confirmed details, and made sure to answer any of my questions. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional, patient, and kind. Had a great experience and I will return to them for any future Uhaul needs
