At first, I wasn't signed up for contactless pickup but, I reached out to U-Haul and got a response right away - it was a Saturday. They walked me through downloading and using the app - which was an absolute breeze!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe App was not working right when we showed up to pick up the truck, it got locked up on several screens. We called the phone number and got routed to another number quite rudely. We waited and kept trying the App, finally we got through the App the payment screen. It took way too long if this is the way you want your customers to use your services.
Jennifer HAdd no smoking rules to people in cab of truck, very heavy smoke smell inside the cab that wore into my own hair, skin and clothes
James LThis was a very nice location. I picked the u-haul up on Friday afternoon and the worker there was very pleasant and helpful.
JENNIFER Mthis is the 2nd time I've rented from this location, the staff are very helpful and accommodating for pickups outside of their normal working hours. Top marks for this business!
