The location was fine. I wasn't too thrilled when U-Haul moved my pickup location to a spot further away and then forced me to return it to the further location instead of the one I originally selected to pickup from. I gave U-Haul plenty of notice with my reservation and they were unable to accommodate. So add in the extra mileage on the truck, fuel used, and having an additional 25 minutes each way, I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone. Customer service was also unwilling to work with me and the reservations manager told me I should call back tomorrow to speak with her manager on where to turn the truck in when it was do to be returned an 2 hours after the phone call. Throw in the fact that I paid for 24 hours with my reservation starting at 8pm and U-Haul said I'd be assessed a late fee if not returned by 6pm the next day. Absolutely terrible customer service and handling of the situation. Never intend to use U-Haul again.

I am sure that there is a way to use AI to monitor the condition of the truck without making customers take pictures, which was fine consuming and stressful. I would also advise you to collect scanned driver's licenses before check-in, because taking the photos of my license in my car in the dark, it was very difficult for me to get readable pictures. Both check-in and check-out were major hassles and that location was sketchy and I did not feel safe at all. I will probably call to complain about the whole experience!
Marissa S.I went to the first location and the place was never opened. The lady I called them sent me to another location. After I was already to the next town I had to drive to she called me back and stated she gave me the wrong location and I then had to turn around and drive 20-25 min to another location. I got to the next location and there was no staff there again. Called U-Haul and was then told it was done via text. I ordered a 15 foot truck and they tried to give me a 10 foot with a 5 foot trailer. This would have caused me multiple extra trips. Also, I was told I was going to get a 50$ credit for my trouble since it took me over 2 and a half hours to get a truck. I looked at my bill today and I didn't receive that.

sherifat A.I felt in danger. I picked up my uhaul during the day, by myself. I returned it at night and there was a car running at the business with it's trunk open and empty, no one in sight. As I passed the open truck to drop my keys off, a man came out of the nowhere. My boyfriend was behind me and when the man saw him he turned around and walked back into the dark. As we got in our vehicle, the man returned, shut the trunk without putting anything in it and drove off. Btw, the business the franchise was located at was closed all day.

The shop was dirty, the guy was confused on how to fully run our card and it took longer than it should have for pick up. Pick up was in a dirty shop and they were working on a car within feet of us. Not a good experience.
kalee H.Mobile check in was difficult to use because I did not have a good WiFi signal to pick up my location at drop off. The next business day, the staff member was able to read the ending mileage on the truck for me and emailed me a receipt with my final charges. I would use this service and location again.
Hannah B.I was switched to this location for the 24/7 pickup service. I had to Uber to this location because it was in the city. The app did not work until I did a setting on the iPhone in the U-Haul app. I figured it out for my self. I called U-Haul and that person me there was a dedicated app for this program which was not true. Tried to call again and got a 25 min wait notice. Took me 45 minutes to checkout the truck. It was raining when i returned it and you have to take pictures. The pre checkin didn't work right. At the end, the light in the cargo area came on and I couldn't get it off. I won't use this process again.

David E.The rental location (Wagner's) was scheduled to be open at 10am, which was when I was supposed to pick up the truck. The owner did not show up until about 10:20. That's poor customer service if you ask me! If I were to do another rental from Wagner's, it would be done totally online.
John R.The automated return process was unresponsive to my odometer picture, and required employee intervention after 15+ failed picture submittal attempts. So perhaps a bit more work on the mobile features/process should be considered. Overall not terrible though, but room for improvement. Merci!
