This location, Wagner's, was contacted by myself during the week to make sure they would be open Saturday morning to check out the Uhaul. I'm not a fan of the mobile check out. I arrived on time and business was closed. The app let me switch to mobile check out. I proceeded to get that done and upon opening back of truck, the two dolly's I rented was not there. I could not wait since I had 9 people waiting for the truck to move. And I had to drive 8 miles additional to the nearest open Uhaul to rent the two dollies. The business did refund the dolly rental, however proceeded to charge me for 31 miles, 8 which was not expected. Also charged me 6 gallons of missing gas which with the 31 miles meant this truck only goes 5mpg. Sounds to me they got the dolly refund back with that.
