Many of the lights around the top of the trailer were out and not working - this being a safety issue for me. The location and people at Walkers are great, trailer was clean. Three to four top marker lights being out was the only issue.

walker cThe app needs to be worked on. Images take several minutes to upload, then don't work somehow. It would not allow us to properly fill out the paperwork for returning the vehicle. It's 2025, fix the app for better usage of it.

GORDON CMy truck. both the trucks i got had issues. the truck i used to move my stuff sounds like the transmission is hanging. doesn't want to pick up speed and smells so bad that it makes u lightheaded after driving a hour to and from. This was the worst experience i've had. and this is my second time at this location. not sure who to talk to but definitely the manager when i go for the deposit. i honestly was scared for my life driving it.

I went to the U-Haul place on heckle near rawlison road first and received terrible service. It was nice to travel another 10 min down the road and got 11/10 service from the walker family

DIANE CThis location needs attention. The truck was very dirty and not maintained. The battery died 3 times and the door on the back is very hard to open And they tried to charge me for gas when I brought it back exactly the way it was when I took it

JERRY GWe have used this location several times for moving our kids and are very happy with their service. The only comment I would make is that it took a few more minutes to pick up the key because it's not quite set up to pick up a contactless key without having them process your order inside. Overall they are a fair business and would recommend them.

CHRISTINE CWe were able to drop off after hours. The location was right but doable. I got the very appreciated confirmation call. But the man told me I was able to leave the truck at the location of our storage. But he didn't share with me that it would charge me a fee. We were able to make it to the correct location for drop off and I am glad we didn't listen to his "oh yeah that happens all the time".

Dropped off in Lancaster at closed location even though the contract said Rock Hill. I had on reservation Lancaster and in office again. Hope paperwork and turn in goes better than pick up.

ALICIA BI was given the incorrect lock number and code and when I called to get it figured out, I waited on hold for 30 minutes before they told me that I had been given the wrong information. Then, the extra supplies I had ordered was not in the truck for me to use, so we had to do the move without it. Lastly, the system to login and get the truck took forever to load. I arrive at 9am for my 9am pickup, and did not leave until 9:55am and my movers arrived at 10am. The whole process was a nightmare. I had to call another uhaul location and spoke with a very nice woman who was actually helpful in getting things figured out.
