The truck had a transmission problem and then they charge me up front, and then when I return the trunk, they charge me an additional hundred and fifty.Give me the truck with no gas.I put gas in, return it with a little bit of gas

My overall experience with U-haul was Poor. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. My reservation was changed to another location at 8am. Which gave me enough time to arrive on time at 9:30 for my original reservation time; however, the key was not in the lock box. The owner showed up 30 minutes later and was slow to get everything resolved.

Don't let anyone else go to this location. When I arrived the person who was supposed to help me wasn't there. His brother called him. He said he was on the way and it would be 20 minutes. We then did the rental over the phone and he said he would be there. I waited. After a while I asked the guy (brother) if he was coming. He called him back via FaceTime and he was home on his sofa. He said ask my brother to help you. I tried to hook up the trailer myself but due to its location I couldn't get it high enough. I went back inside and asked the brother for help and at first he said no. When I told him I couldn't pick it up high enough he said ok. We got it hooked up and I had to do the chains because he had no idea. I was very disappointed in U-Haul since I had this type trailer reserved two weeks prior from the store where I always rent from U-Haul called me and changed to the place that I picked it up from. Very disappointed

Horrible experience with the app... 45 minutes to pick up the truck and 3 calls to assistance and the worst part... you charged me 60 dollars extra because I return the truck 30 minutes late! Never again with you!!

Uhaul needs to improve its app, retuning the vehicle took me about an hour cos the app was not working. If you want to do remote pick up and drop offs then you need an app that exceptionally good

They were not present in the gas was not full when I arrive or I return the truck Customer Service was not professional at all. They did not check the truck in or out properly done by Uhaul guidelines and overcharge me gas in miles. I submitted pictures not good service.

We were waiting for an hour. As I was getting out of the car. Another couple went to the door. The clerk waiting on them first. Even though the clerk knew that I was there first. I walk with a cane, of I am slow.

The service was exceedingly slow. It took 45min alone to get my license on file and pay for the rental/ sign the contract. The employee didn't give me my license back and I had to turn around after leaving to prompt him. My dad was helping with the move and the employee immediately showed him respect but was patronizing to me; the sexism was rude and made a slow process even more frustrating.

The guy there didn't know what he was doing & told me he couldn't help me hook up the trailer. I'm a 63 year old lady & I couldn't lift it to put it on. He did manage to help after I kept asking him.

The actual truck is fine the process to get the truck is ridiculous. It should take 2 hours on hold to get the truck. The process needs to be changed the GPS location is ruining everything.

Rental equipment was not with the truck. When I called to confirm my reservation with the location ahead of time I was told everything would be fine, but rental equipment was not included. In addition, when I showed up to pick up my truck, the locks on the boxes were incorrect, so my pickup code did not work with the lock on the box containing the key to my rental truck. Because this was before office hours, I had to spend almost 60 minutes at the location dealing with customer service via the phone in order to access the correct key and then to confirm with customer service that my rental equipment was not with the truck. I was not able to pick up rental pads or dollies before my moving help arrived.

When arriving to pick up my uhual they stated that they didn’t have a truck for me & told me to call uhual. while i was on the call, they told me that they figured it out. they said that the person who has the truck was supposed to return it the night before but didn’t. so they resigned me to the other truck that they had. upon pick up, the photos provided were of a completely different truck than the one i received, but the license plates matched. i was on a short time frame & had to use the truck, but this truck was not safe to drive & should be looked at & repaired before re-issuing. the passenger side mirror is shattered & the driver side mirror spins in a 360° every time you break. making it so that you have to roll the window down to turn it back. very disappointed with this experience.

I told the man that I didn't think I could back up the truck with the tow on it. He seemed annoyed that he had to try. He didn't get off his phone the whole time and almost cut the truck in half by not paying attention. I finally said I would do it and then he tried to tell me how while still on his phone. Woman was nice but also too busy on the phone and with others. I just wanted to leave asap.

The agent pushed reservation back too far so I could not use the truck share so has to use the agent which I think was a teenager and he was so slow and smelled. This caused me to have to take an alternate route because traffic was horrible by the time he finished checking the truck out.

train rep better slow,also wanted to charge 20 dollars to help me connect trailer.I never was told this before,its in uhauls better interest to make sure equipment is hitched properly to avoid an damage to anyone.

This location worked out well. The previous location Marathon/ Hiram GA did not. They rented the unit reserved by me out from under me. The attendant said so sorry we only hold for 30 minutes. I wasn't late

It was a bit hard to see the sign from the busy road. Luckily, we saw the truck, which confirmed that we were at the right location. Our GPS had a hard time picking up the exact location, so we missed the entrance the first time.

A lot of playing on property. Was not provided a copy of the rental agreement before it had been purchased. I was told a different rate per mileage then actually charged! Would not recommend! Also charged for a blown tire on property even though I had insurance added on for instances as such!

The check-in process took too long. It was as if he was unfamiliar with the system. Also, he could not tell me what the insurance covered. My return process seemed to go ok until I received the invoice with an extra day of charges. The person handled my return did not enter it into the system until several hours after I left. I tried the multiple phone numbers listed for this business but the number had to change and was not listed. I went back right before they closed to just to be told that I had to call a number to get the extra day refunded. I called the number I was given but it did not at all seem like a business. I was assured that I would receive a refund and email confirmation. That was last night (2/17 at approx. 7 PM) and I have not received an email as of 2/18 at 4 PM. I will NEVER use this location again. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS...I DID NOT AND I REGRET IT!!

This was nit our "guaranteed" location. I was very displeased and incredibly inconvenienced to have to travel to get our uhaul. Would love to discuss on phone.

They were perfect. I pulled up on them and lucky they had one available. The service was excellent and fast. I only used it for a couple of hours and brought it right back. If I need a U-Haul again i will most definitely be going back.

They charged me twice for the truck rental. U-Haul refuses to get my money back in my bank account. This company instantly takes my money but takes 5 business days to deposit it back. You all are in error and did nothing to fix it, a complete failure. This whole renting process stuck of diarrhea. This was the WORST truck rental experience in my life!

This location was beyond unprofessional. I was told the wrong information and ultimately felt swindled. The entire moving process went from easy, which I usually expect from Uhaul, to a total nightmare and utter inconvenience. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

Truck I rented had a check engine light on, and didn't steer straight at all. Facility did not have the equipment that I paid for (dolly, furniture pads). Staff could. Or communicate well and didn't seem to know how the rental process worked at all.
