change my pick up location last minute, location opened an hour after. Rude, and unattended employee. Horrible experience.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMe cobraron 3 días cuando alquile por un solo día y dejé el dolly en el sitio que lo alquile
JOSMAR REveryone was very courteous and helpful. When I got there, all the paperwork was readily available. I had to do with sign and go about my way. As well as drop-off, easy Peezy. Highly recommend.
gladis pThis location was difficult to find. It was unclean. There was no one readily available to help and u had to walk thru a run down warehouse with multiple mom and pop businesses inside. The only employee I encountered was unable to find my reservation, was unable to hook up the toy hauler to the truck AND was completely ignorant as to how to tie down my car to the hauler!! U-Haul should seriously reconsider having their name associated with this ‘business’. Moving cross country with a budget and a timeframe was unnecessarily difficult and stressful due to this company’s slow pace and ignorance to what their customers need. But they made sure to charge me that $1500 tho! Never again.
