I rented a 10' truck and car carrier, picked it up at W&W. I am a 79 year old cancer patient with breathing problems. I had to load and secure the vehicle by myself because the help was more interested in sitting in front of an electric heater. Truck check engine light was on and shook bad when braking. Worst experience ever.

CHRISTOPHER IIt was pouring rain and the truck had a leak in it. Called U-Haul to let them know and request some sort of credit since we had already been loading since 6am and the truck was almost full. We didn't want another truck since we had a 5 hour drive ahead of us to Florida. Spoke to 2 people that couldn't help us. I will not be using U-Haul again!

Jay SThis gent is a bit cantankerous. He seems to take offense when asked for a printed receipt. I reported to him that the 26" truck develops a distinct shake at any speed over 50 MPH. There is also another problem with the truck that I did not mention. Whenever you turn on the lights (like when it rains) half the dashboard goes dark. Most of the data goes black. This is the third time we've returned equipment to this location. I asked if he was going to inspect it but he chose not to. We returned the equipment cleaner than we got it and with no damage, etc. he said we didn't need a receipt because it would be emailed. When traveling we don't always have access to email, especially to print it.
Patricia KPretty laid back. I asked if anyone wanted to inspect the trailer, etc. I asked if there was any paperwork and he said I'd get an email. I'd feel more comfortable if someone signed off on the equipment after using it. Got in my SUV and went home. It worked out, I guess.
Lawrence KUhaul is bad business I paid 69,61$ to get the truck 3rd day they charged me 227,17 then when I took it back they charged me 243$

Sean MCharged a $28 fee after drop off even though again we were charged $25 for up to $5000 in damage protection. Trailer and dolly were returned clean as well so no idea where this extra fee came from. He also didn't even look inside while we were there so how can he say we left it any way but clean. Not even sure if that's what the charge is for just guessing since the charge was not described nor did we receive an email explaining the charge. Trying to call customer service to get an explanation was a joke as the wait time was 30 mins and they never picked up when we waited.

Johnny WI was charged extra fuel after uploading pictures to show fuel level was not what the contract showed. I left truck with more fuel than pickup and was still charged extra. Very poor experience.

Daniel PMy original reservation was not available at the time of pickup so I was redirected to this location. They had the truck I needed but they didn't have any furniture blankets or the dolly I needed. Needless to say Uhaul made my move a lot harder than it had to be.

RONALD TTell the customer that there will be a extra charge for gas that is used,before they take the truck. Give the customer the price that they will be paying when they bring the truck back. Telling a customer to go to their email to see their bill instead of telling them the total why they are standing there . Leaves a very bad taste in their mouth.
Dirk WThe agent gave me incorrect information on pickup so I was at the wrongdoing pickup location. On top of the I had to reschedule the truck because I was late. You need to change it from. 24 hour pick up if you can't pick it up after the reserved time! I don't think the online process was explained to me at all! I was lost and unsure the whole time. I've use your services for years but this has been the worst I've experienced
Quanita PI first talk to the Uhaul on andrew ave told them I would pick up wensday.. Went there and no one was there get a call and she said the equipment we wanted was broken .. We did call Uhaul.com and they fixed my problem and hooked us up...Please let the andrews ave that they messed up on customer service..
BARBARA OThe U Haul website is not user friendly. The pickup location personnel had a difficult time navigating it to complete my transaction.

Johnny CI received a rental truck that was dirty. I cleaned the unit and was charged a cleaning fee upon returning it even though it was far cleaner than what I received. I am still waiting for U haul to refund the funds from equipment that I paid for and didn't need.

Bessie MI don't have a problem with the pickup location I have a problem with your company it cost me more time and money because of delays and repeated phone calls. I've never had this problem in the past and I better not be charged for one dime more on miles or rental
