We reserved online but when we arrived they were re-entering our info and the drop off location got changed. They also didn't give us enough miles to go to our storage to load it and then unload in Gainseville and drop off at other location so we were charged an extra $20 for going over. I have rented uhaul several times and that had never happend.
Brandi BI dropped off when they were closed. Just followed the app prompts. Plenty of room for 26 ft box truck.
Rexford TAfter hours drop off. But the truck was the worst riding truck I've ever driven. We felt ever single bump in the road. And the engine light was on the entire trip. Drop-off location was not easy to find, went past it multiple time.
