This location is great. The parent company U-Haul is terrible, called me the evening before I picked up my truck to change pick up locations on me. Did not have the dolly I reserved. What's the point of reservations?

The area did not appear to be the best area in town. I would not want to be there alone/after dark.

Other than taking the pictures when you drop off your truck or equipment, I loved the entire experience! Thank you for not only having the truck I needed but having people that are informative and helpful! The young lady I experienced was very helpful and respectful which made my experience better!

Charles SIt took 45 minutes to get checked out because no one was there and my cell reception was dropping the connection. It was very frustrating and my moving help got to the house before we did.

Joshua SRenting a uhaul there was fast and very professional the area was clean and full of trucks lined up nicely parked the inside of the cab was clean and the back of the truck was swept out it was real nice to get into a truck that was clean and ready for me it makes it more easier to clean up after myself I would recommend renting from there to anybody I know or met thanks uhaul

Kevin Sthe truck kept showing an overheating engine issue going on the entire way. We had to repeatedly pull over along the way to allow the over-temperature light on the dashboard to go away. In addition, we were not able to turn on the a/c as this will also trigger the over-temperature sign in the dashboard. this was a poor experience using U-haul truck

Grant VI feel like I was way over charged when I paid 40 some when I got the truck and then got charged another 100 something yesterday. I first reserved the truck I wanted on the 14th and went to go get it and they didn't have it and then lead to tell me the scheduling manager would give me a call that I never received so I have to reschedule another reservation to pick up a truck and wait. While having the truck since I was already behind schedule due to not having the truck on the 14th I had to wait a day before I could unload the truck and was stuck keeping the truck a extra day when I didn't want it more than 24 hour. Then I got charged 39,9 for the extra day but when I chatted with someone they was only charging 24,5 for the extra day. Tell me how that works out. During all this I tried calling several times but got lied too and hung up on so I just chatted with customer service figured if they lie I have it right there what they said to prove it. I would like some kinda refund for the service I received and wouldn't refer U-Haul to anyone on a time schedule.

Vincent AThe attendant was very helpful and friendly. I had ordered two additional dollies that were not available. It would have been nice to have them, but that was not the attendant's fault. She was helpful in amending my reservation so that I was not charged.
Amanda KI disputed the charge when I dropped off the truck and the online app stated someone would get in touch with me. It's been more than 1 week and I haven't received a call. I shouldn't have been charged for 2 rentals for dropping the truck off late. I called the location where I picked up twice before my drop off time and no one answered. Call me to discuss this.

Jean MMovers through U-Haul did not show. 15 min before scheduled move through Littles Moving got a call the engine stopped and movers were not coming. Made 3 calls. There was no effort to come a little later or find another crew. Second crew through moving help.com also did not respond and I as unavailable by phone. We had to move outselves and my husband is senior citizen with bad back. Bad experience with movers.

Tarence VWe had a horrible experience with the truck the first night checking it out. The truck we wanted there was a bunch of them but none that we could rent. After 3 hours we finally got a truck that was too big. Only to find out it was to late to do what we rented the truck for which lead to having to rent it for another day. When we returned the truck we requested a phone call in regards to the rates and was supposed to receive a call back in 3 days. On top of that we were charged the wrong amount. The mileage doesn't seem right. I spoke to someone on the phone and recieved an email in regards to our complaint and the email said we are just screwed. So how would you feel about that? I can't think of any of that, that would make someone feel good about the company they are requesting services from. None of it was easy, the truck was too big that's why we wanted the smaller one. I don't care what my need is if Im moving across the USA or what happens in the future. I will never use uhaul again or refer uhaul to anyone. I don't know what else to say.
Sally DTo the executives that run Uhaul, Please make it more convenient for customers moving within the same city to drop of rental trucks near a close location to their new address. When I was told by your online chat representative that I had to return to my original location near my old address after moving all day! What a joke and a complete inconvenience. I should have been able to return my rental to the nearest location 3,2 miles away. Never again!

Portica CEquipment was clean BUT - it has an exhaust leak, windshield wipers need replaced and the A/C only worked when the truck was driven over 40mph. Everything verified by attendant when dropping off the truck. The employees were great.
