Location had no staff on-site on Saturday. Had to use UHAUL app for entire rental process. Found app slow and delayed rental process. Would NOT use this method again. Sat in parking lot for 35-40 minutes waiting on response from app to verify and approve rental. I had pre-registered the night before, so I expected a smooth rental process; that was a poor assumption. Process was slow and frustrating and very unclear. I would NOT recommend the UHAUL app rental experience. Very displeased. Rental location parking lot covered in ice and very slippery. almost fell multiple times. A serious liability for the property owner.

easy and simple
Robert OJessie was professional, courteous, and quick to get me on the road. Her assistance was greatly appreciated.
John MWell this location didn't do anything wrong but I will say the app needs work. I photographed the truck before leaving and wasn't able to load anything in the app to protect me from and damages to the truck prior to me using it. Spoke to Kelly on the phone from Uhaul and she notated the account that I was unable to and that if I have any issues, I can let someone know I guess?
