Was not happy with rental. Had a blowout on the interstate an hour after I picked the unit. Needed to make 2 loads but because of the time down with the tire and getting it fixed, I could only make one load. Talked to a person, they extended my time for a few hours. However, needed two more hours and they would not give it to me. Was charged an extra $49, even though the rental for a day was just over $29. I will look for an alternative to U-Haul the next time I need a truck. Problems with a vehicle is not only dangerous but also not my problem. U-Haul should have made this good and not charged the extra $49

Barry KWorst experience ever. Will never use your company again. 0 stars. Terrible google review will follow this one. Wasted 2 hours of my day moving because of Uhaul...one that I scheduled and paid in advance for. My truck was not at the scheduled pick up location and even though there was a 20' as well as 3 other trucks available there it took 1,5 hrs and talking to 8 different representatives to get to one person that knew what they were doing and could actually help me. Then I was given a dirty truck which I would have been charged extra for upon returning. I had to clean mud from mats and dog hair from seats that weren't put there by me. This company really needs to get it together if you're going to charge $200 a day for a truck it should be a flawless experience. Very disappointed in the service received by customer support. Overall the worst moving experience ever thanks to you guys. Gas station attendants were on point absolutely doing there job. This was a Uhaul failure.

Wes HThe truck was completely muddy. We had to clean the back some before putting our stuff in it. The pics that were sent for us to verify were not at the location we picked it up from and were not how it looked. It was so loud we couldn't call each other on our 5 hour journey. Mechanic friend helped us unload and as we cranked it to back up he said it was loud looked and the catalytic converter had been cut off. This was just a horrible experience all the way around. Breaks were not in best shape and looked like someone literally duct taped important parts underneath it together. This was a safety hazard.

Edward LReservations were made on line for 7a when got confirmation back days later was changed to noon leaving only 4 hrs to clear home. Ended up paying > $390 in late fees. Couldn't load as fast alone. Ended up hurt.
Candice RI got the truck and it was very dirty. The hand trucks had caked on mud on it that I had to clean off before I could even use them! Also I got the truck and it was only on a quarter tank of gas. I also think it's wrong to send me to a location other than where I chose to pick one up vs someone bringing a uhaul to the location I requested cause it cost me more in gas and over all charges by going and extra 20 miles out of my way to pick it up vs 5 miles from the one closest to my house. The inside of the truck where you pack all your stuff was very dirty. They wanted to charge me $25 for not cleaning it even though I didn't receive it clean. If someone does not clean it they should be charged $25 and then uhaul dealer at that time should go out and clean it so the next (person like me) has it clean instead of doing nothing. I would love for a credit back of some kind but I doubt I get it.
