Trailer lights were iffy. Didn't work at first. Then did, then didn't again. Luckily we got them working for the last long drive in the dark. But it was a pain. Plus it was raining!

Upon getting to the drop off location I went inside to return the equipment. The clerk let me know I needed to take photos of the equipment to show them. So I went outside and did a self return through the uhaul website. When I went in to drop the keys off with the clerk they demanded to see the pictures taken and when I let them know that I did a self return the clerk told me to wait and called the location owner. He pleaded again that I go out and take more photos. With it raining I told the clerk the self checkout was enough and the clerk proceeded to hand me the phone to talk with the owner directly. He told me that anything that happens here forward is liable to me. That comment struck me weirdly as i've used uhaul many times and have done a self return without issues before. Quite an uncomfortable situation and I will for sure use uhaul again in the future as the convinience is amazing but I will forever avoid this drop off / pickup location.
EZAKIAH STruck was not clean. No equipment was available near me. Rental cost is outrageous. No fuel in vehicle. Barely made it to a service station. Not a good experience
Stefan GWas not happy with rental. Had a blowout on the interstate an hour after I picked the unit. Needed to make 2 loads but because of the time down with the tire and getting it fixed, I could only make one load. Talked to a person, they extended my time for a few hours. However, needed two more hours and they would not give it to me. Was charged an extra $49, even though the rental for a day was just over $29. I will look for an alternative to U-Haul the next time I need a truck. Problems with a vehicle is not only dangerous but also not my problem. U-Haul should have made this good and not charged the extra $49
