Other than it taking 45 minutes to do the paper work I was very satisfied. The service rep did the hookup to my vehicle and when I returned the trailer they took care of disengaging the hitch. The price was reasonable and the staff very courteous.

Raisa SBroken wiper blade on passenger side which we advised dealer . Truck was said to be at 3/8 tank fuel ...was just a hair above 1/4 . Why are the trucks not full of fuel when taken so everyone has the responsibilty to fill it up upon return ?? I had to stop and fuel up before we even loaded the truck up with boxes. Then stop again to fuel it back to where it was when dispatched. Waste my time as well !!

Margo FLocation was great. I'm pissed at UHaul themselves for rescheduling 4 days in the 24 hours leading up to my reservation. The last time resulted in UHaul sending me the wrong address.
Maximillian MThe location was as expected and average. My issue was with how quickly the $19,95 rental became $147. I will never rent from Uhaul again especially since you moved my rental pick up to a location that was an extra 11 miles away. That was an extra $22 dollars added to the final cost. Never again.

john pVehicle cabin had mud on the floor and was dirty overall. I actually cleaned it before using it. Vehicle cargo area was clean. Vehicle seemed well maintained mechanically. Rear tires had low tread. Employees were very friendly and helpful!

Debra BThoroughly disgusted! I reserved the truck for Montague, and drop off to be in Newton, to save mileage; and the entire trip got rerouted! Causing the mileage to triple! Great, the mileage was reduced to 0,99 per mile, it didn't help! It wasn't clean when I got it, I cleaned it when I dropped off. But the rate was a $50 plus add on! Not at all happy about the entire experience, not accepting cash, and having to have someone send it to me, humiliating! Mileage, added gas. Only one 26' truck for all of Sussex! If that's the case, the website should stipulate that before a reservation is set!

Paul LThe pick up location was moved, due to availability, which was frustrating and cost me time, mileage and money (gas!). The additional 50 miles added to my rental as compensation from uhaul headquarters made up for the least of it, and weren’t even a factor since I was under anyway.
