geo gYour service is great but in the future (especially in a place like FL) you need to at least offer a SunPass when the best route for the trip involves toll roads (in this case, the FL Turnpike). Sun Passes are not always easy to transfer; ours for example, is a sticker that is impossible to remove from our dashboard, and getting the Sun Pass, then adding money is a time intensive call. This inconvenience added 1-2 hours on to an already 11+ hour trip and it would have been nice if you offered the Sun Pass for the Turnpike instead of forcing us to resort to having to use 95 and then cross over to 75 which is out of the way.
Thomas RThe service was excellent, however i was promised that I was going to get my $14 back after drop off. I even filled up the gas tank more than it was from when I received it. King was very nice. Explained everything step by step with no issues.

patrick mMake the business look like it opened. The windows was covered with paper. I had to wait more than a hour for the uhaul associate to arrive at the location. My reservation was at 1130am I didn't get my truck until 1230. The associate did apologize and it's not all his fault. My reservation was transferred to him and he stated he wasn't notified about it. The uhaul that I originally had the reservation sshould've contacted the associate at the location first. But he transferred my reservation without my consent because he didn't have the truck I reserved. I called uhaul and there was a 45min wait time and I called the location that originally had my reservation to see if he could send me some where else to get the truck I reserved. The associate said that there nothing he can do and call customer service to get a refund. My experience was bad, really bad. Uhaul, the 3rd party store, and uhaul provided nothing but problem. You put me behind schedule, cost me money, and wasted hours of my day.

amal nI had a difficult time tracking down the gentlemen who represents UHAUL at this location. I returned the truck on Tuesday 5/18 (one day earlier than when it was due). Waterboy staff was not there, and I left it with the receptionist who receives keys for him. Yesterday I showed up in person to address this, and finally we got the truck check out. Not professional.

Kip Sowner was a nice guy. he couldn't print out a contract. I didn't sign anything he just handed me the keys. Upon return, I was charged $76 for fuel citing a contract I never signed or saw that said the tank was at 3/4ths as opposed to 3/8ths. Thank god I took a picture at pickup since the dude couldn't provide me with a contract. I uploaded the picture to UHaul, I've spoken to two customer service reps who looked at the pic, verified mileage and gas tank level, said they made a mistake and I would receive a refund within 5 business days...on July 10th. Nobody called me to tell me that a manager denied the refund because he looked at the contract I never saw or signed and DID NOT LOOK At the Picture of the pickup which verifies 3/8ths of a tank and the mileage...EVEN THOUGH IT IS ATTACHED TO THE FILE IN YOUR SYSTEM. What is going on over there? Please escalate and get a manager to review

JUAN CThe UHAUL Truck, Front End is less than stellar, A/C works when it wants to, the trailer needs maintenance, some of the aux power ports aren't working. I am over not happy with the equipment. Paid in my opinion a premium sub-par equipment. In all honesty, I would like some of my money back. I will say this the Uhaul rep was great.
