Great customer experience
Carlos AThe documents stated that the fuel level was 1/4, but in reality it was less than 1/8, and the low fuel warning light came on after just 2 miles. The truck was extremely dirty both inside and out. It was very unpleasant to be in it. I had to buy disinfectant to clean and sanitize the interior myself. There was no one in the office to report this to, as I picked up the truck on my own. I do not recommend this location! Overall, I like U-Haul and always use their services.
