Customer service was helpful and friendly, would used this location again.

NICHOLAS WNo one at location when dropped off truck, left blankets and dolly in truck as no one there to provide instructions. A garage door was open with equipment visible.
Sheri SI was signed up for insurance that I explicitly rejected and charged an "after hours return fee" (even though my rental period ended "after hours," so it was an inextricable part of the rental and not an add-on) when your terrible app failed and I was unable to "self-return" the truck. The owner of this location is terrible for committing insurance fraud. You are a terrible company for your awful app and borderline criminal policies. I wish all of you the worst.

GLENN SWhen i went to pick up a 6x12 trailer the two that were on the lot. Both had no working lights. It was there fault they said that the guy that takes care of them from u-haul was fixing them.

Evan SI have used this drop off location several times over the last two months, three times arriving after the location was closed, and two of those times (including this rental) the return portion of the U-Haul app would not work despite literally parking in the exact location it worked a week earlier. Not sure what is going on with the app. The location was closed, so there were no personnel to help.
Richard HTrailer needed some kind of tongue lift. I can handle, but not most customers.

PATRICE AMake sure the truck won't crap out on u. When I went downhills I had 2 shift it in2 N cause I felt the trasmission would have blown up.....putting in2 R was a nightmare. I didn't fuel it up cause I didn't want 2 drive this truck anymore (which would had been only $6 like last uhaul rental)...instead I pd almost$27 fuel charge.. But I rather pay that and break down after a very long day and all I wanted was 2 get home. Never mind the loose steering...... All I know truck needs 2 b pulled off the rd. All I know if I had 2 h ave 2 had 2 go long distance....I b prayin all the way....while goin probably only 40 miles an hr. I'm not one 2 write reviews but this uhaul rental was a nightmare !
Christine AYour app doesn't work at this location. So customers cannot check in or drop off a truck without getting screwed with extra fees.

raymond pThis was the worst rental. I told the location I don't have an app or ability to get it they said it was ok I rented the unit for 12 hours called and left a message at drop off yet they charged me for 3 days and then hung up on me when I called to dispute. Worst location ever
Michael FI though I have to pay only rent for box, They did not ask me and added 50 dollars for insurance. They never explained me about those fifty dollars. I just found out later on , receipt sent to me on my email showed 50 dollars for indurance. Also I picked box on Saturday evening and retuned on Thursday night. I was told that I will charged for 5 days if I drop the box at thirsday night, even if the shop is closed , just leave the box at storage place. Thats what I did, but later on I found reciept where they deducted rent of 6 days that was 20 dollars more than what was qouted earlier.
salman zThey had trouble connecting to U-Haul's system but overcame that by processing my pickup manually. Very nice people.

William GLots of moving blankets left in truck which I didn't order. Self checking took 5 try's then no code had to call and wait 30minutes to get the code. Truck was not well maintained had lots of issues with transmission and steering

bob DWhen I picked up the truck the check engine light as on. When I returned the truck Saturday night, I was unable to use the mobile app as it could not location verify me. I tried to talk to them about not being able to use the mobile app, all the said was they could not verify when the truck was returned as they are closed on Sunday, so they have to charge for Sunday, end of story.
