I overestimated the miles because I thought it would be going to another town. But I did not. So I paid extra miles I did not use, plus they say my gas was not where it was. And it was, I had filled it back up to reach the quarter of a tank that they gave it to me. And now being charged an extra forty dollars for gas, when I had already paid them, an extra for miles I didn't use, never again will I use uhaul

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe 24/7 check in with the app is horrible as is the entire reserving online process. Two weeks in a row this was messed up and trucks confirmed to have been rented at a somewhat desired but not ideal locations were moved to completely out of the way locations and then took over an hour to check out on the app. This weeks truck I had to sit and wait for store to open. Chances are after 40 years of renting I will start going elsewhere and advising others to do the same

They made the entire process easy from start to finish, got me hooked up and made sure everything was taken care of before I left. I really appreciated the great service and how helpful everyone was. I would absolutely recommend this location!
Kelly CPeople were good. Your reservation system is terrible and completely unacceptable. You changed my drop off me know less than 24 hours before it was due to a location an hour away from me. You cost me over 2 hours on a day when I was already driving multiple hours. Shame on you.
