Lots of moving blankets left in truck which I didn't order. Self checking took 5 try's then no code had to call and wait 30minutes to get the code. Truck was not well maintained had lots of issues with transmission and steering

bob DriscollWhen I picked up the truck the check engine light as on. When I returned the truck Saturday night, I was unable to use the mobile app as it could not location verify me. I tried to talk to them about not being able to use the mobile app, all the said was they could not verify when the truck was returned as they are closed on Sunday, so they have to charge for Sunday, end of story.

Final comments is, there is still a place for human help to aid in technology. The Uhaul service was affordable, convenient and a great way to move locations.

Joseph SchmidtI don't blame the location. I needed an open trailer and they were nice enough to tell me they expected one back on a Saturday evening. I picked it up just after 4pm and used it Sunday. I was picking up a tractor and taking it for repairs. The repair shop closed at 3 on Sunday and I didn't make it. Went first thing Monday and and had the trailer back at 9:30am. They charged me usage and insurance for 2 days! Saturday evening to Sunday morning. That's BS.
connie hendersonNo customer service. You hook up the trailer yourself without any offer of help. They add on insurance even when you decline it when the reservation was made. When you call to explain you opted out of insurance their response is "I can not change the reservation that YOU made & they insist you added it on. Called U'Haul & rep was able to confirm I did NOT add it on. U-haul did refund the insurance fee. This happened back in April with this location & they convinced mecI did something wrong. Now I know I Overpaid in April & they got away with it. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Zachary shenkYour reservation system is terrible. A "reservation" doesn't mean bill have a truck waiting for me according to your representatives. That is like a Seinfeld episode. Watson Bros made everything right- your regional office didn't even know they had a truck. Terrible reservation system- terrible.
