The only complaint that I have is that I was charged an extra $15 for the safe move when I had already selected the $15.00.

Check in and Check out procedures were ridiculous, particularly Check in. Most of this could have been done well ahead of the rental time.
Patrick GThis location was in a very sketchy part of town. It was a TAX office parking lot... This shouldnt be utilized as an actual drop off location. Poorly lite location and very uninviting. No one was present as it was not an actual Uhaul location.
Mason FI did Not have transport dolley I paid for they gave me a refund I wont Get for another 5 days. I used Less miles on the vehicle than I put Before my trip and have not been reimbursed. Horrible experience will not be renting from this location again
DESMOND LThe location was easy accessible, however the truck was really nasty (mail, trash scattered everywhere, and very dusty on the inside) and it was on empty when I picked it up so I had to put gas in it. I did not drive much so the gas that I put in it was still in there even though it was empty when I picked it up. My overall experience I would give it a 2 out of 10.
Rishea MWell, first of all, I had an appliance dolly in my order but there was nothing in the office! The location manager told me that they never have one and this issue is frequent. The moving was so hard due to the lack of updated information in the website and the representatives. For the truck, some dashboard lights were on (I remember the one for oil at least) which scared me to have issues while moving. It is good to properly maintain the trucks. Lastly, the AC wasn't working. That day, there was a heating warning, and you can imagine how we were soaked while driving. Extremely deptessing expreience.

Maleka MDespite saying that the location was open, there was no one at the location. Instead, I had to use the app to access the van I was renting. But the app wasn't working correctly and it took me 45 minutes to figure out what was going on. I tried to call the number at the location for help and no one answered and I never received a call back. When I tried to call the main U-Haul number it took a long time to get someone on the phone and they were not terribly helpful.
Tempe SI anticipated having someone at the location to get the truck checked out to me. It was not until I arrived that I became aware it was to be done through and app and the phone number listed on the door was unresponsive at first. It took almost 30 minutes to resolve the problem and I will not be renting from here again.
HOLLY LI called the location in Birmingham and asked if I dropped it off at their location instead would there be a charge and they said no that it all goes back into the same system. I called the uhaul 1-800 number to confirm but kept getting stuck in waiting loops some where they offered call backs, but when I got a call back they would send me to another number with no callback. I waited for over an hour and gave up. That is when I called the local uhaul in Birmingham and was told there would not be a problem if I deoooed it off there instead. To my surprise I got a bill for $319 for a wrong drop off location. I am going to take to social media to warn others about your deceptive practices and complete lack of customer service.. it AI disappointing.... please call only if you can remedy this situation...Ken 817-7186901
