That's like wishing a death. Wish on somebody referring them to U-Haul is the worst experience I had in my life.

Actually have the truck at the location where it is reserved! It's not rocket science.
ALLEN LThe only complaint that I have is that I was charged an extra $15.00 for the safe move when I had already selected the $15.00.
Jeronica BCheck in and Check out procedures were ridiculous, particularly Check in. Most of this could have been done well ahead of the rental time.
Patrick GThis location was in a very sketchy part of town. It was a TAX office parking lot... This shouldnt be utilized as an actual drop off location. Poorly lite location and very uninviting. No one was present as it was not an actual Uhaul location.
