The app itself was very difficult to use. I wouldve opted to go to a location that was open on a Saturday, but nothing within my vicinity was available, which is shocking considering most people move on weekends. It was difficult to access my keys and I specifically paid for furniture pads, which I was not given. I hope I am refunded for this. Overall a poor experience and I would rather suggest someone rent from Home Depot than go through this experience again.

Friendly service, truck and trailer were in good condition. However, my truck wasn't available until 5 hours after my originally scheduled pickup time and the furniture dolly wasn't available at all.

william rI never could access the key for the truck and wasted an hour standing in the sun trying to unlock the lock for the key. I chatted with an agent about it which was not helpful. I then requested to cancel my reservation, which the agent said she would do, and I STILL got charged for the truck. Not only that, I was charged for a mile even though I was never able to get the key to even get in the truck. Such a disappointment with U-haul.

Amy AA customer service rep, not from Weavers but from a local U-Haul store (3039228914) canceled my reservation without my permission. When I called back, after calling 5 times because they didn't answer, the next representative told me I hung up on them and so they canceled it (from the notes). Yes, that is how phone calls work - she said she could do nothing to help me, I acknowledged that, and went on to try to find someone who could. Got a new phone that would hopefully work better but my reservation is canceled. I'm sorry, but what an asshole thing to do on someone's moving day. VERY unhappy with that representative and her choice to make my moving day even more stressful. If she can't handle a call ending at an appropriate time, then she should not work in customer service or with phones. I wasn't rude, the conversation was over.

Hunter DThe keys to the vehicle weren't in the lock box as stated. The owner of Weaver's said the truck was supposedly rented out until Monday, in which case it shouldn't have been rented out to me on Sunday. I tried contacting uhaul several times and got no answer to a phone number that said was available 24 hrs a day. This was unacceptable on uhaul's part. The owner was very nice and had a spare key that he gave us, but he shouldn't have had to do that.
Valerie YMy originally reserved U Haul was not available as I reserved, and I was forced to find the only last minute U Haul in the neighborhood, which was a pick up truck instead of a 15 foot truck. Terrible reservation system.

Laura MWeaver's was great in service and checkout. Unfortunately, the truck had 90 000 miles and a lot of wear and tear on the cargo shell. I also had to add oil to the engine halfway through the trip between Colorado and Utah.
