ZANE NMade my own reservation online but multiple items were added in once I was ready to sign the agreement, I think that was a sneaky move on the company's part.
John MThey let me leave with a bald tire on the trailer that I rented which ended up blowing out on my way to my destination, ended up putting me 3 hours behind on getting to my destination!! Have staff check equipment better before they let it leave their possession!!!
Harry MBe sure equipment is clean. It was dirty and greasy in the box part. Could have used a spray down. I would recommend a friend if they inspect truck prior to rental

LaDonna OOne of the ramps did not lock in place when pulled out to load the antique vehicle. The ramp released out and the car fell halfway off!!!!!
DANIEL WI never received information on how to obtain the keys for my rental. I had to wait until Uhaul opened up to get this information. All this caused us to be behind on our moving plans.
Leslie SI do not recommend because apparently the truck was thought to have a full tank of gas when it actually had barely more than 1/4. Upon return, the system wanted to charge me for 3/4 of a tank of gas even though I went only 22 miles in only a little over more than an hour that I had the truck.

JOHN BIt took us 2 hours and 2 phone calls to get the truck. We were at the location but the app said we weren't.
Dennis DThis business should not have uhaul by its name. It's a tire place closed on weekends and woman at counter was horrible. Uhaul should not let weirton tire and auto use their name or logo. Terrible

Aaron CFirst time I rent its 0,79 cents per mile with 10 days I rent same truck and it's 0,99 cents per mile. Won't be renting truck again with Uhaul. If location is used you raise mileage cost. No way to keep returning customers!!!
randy tChange the return process. We should be paid to return it. I am not tech savvy and it took me 90 minutes to get everything done. I had to take pictures of the inside of the truck which I had not used, I had not even opened the door. I just used it to tow a trailer.

Douglas MI will never use U-Haul again. You charged me $192. For gave me five hours to have it back and now I'm being charged another $114 for what. I call your damn number, and I get passed from one person to another.

Wayne WNot happy with service. Truck was reserved and U-Haul changed my pick up location. Also, I think I may have been charged for an extra day and this did NOT happen. Truck was one-way and was returned same day. I have emailed to have your company check on my charges. Also, waiting for the pick up location to be fixed by Weirton Tire took and extra hour and 1/2. Weirton tire was very helpful! The communication was lost on your end. Most unhappy. Brenda Brady
Brenda BThe battery died 20 min down the road and we were stranded for 3 hrs. Also, the truck had a horrible vibration in the front end. Not sure if it's a bad tire or bad king pin.
Sergio DIt took over an hour on the phone with customer service to get checked in. I did not receive the furniture or appliance dolly that I paid for, so everything had to be moved by hand.
Michael RThe trailer had no jack to pick it up onto the vehicle, this was very inconvenient. Also the hooks on the unit were bent inward making it difficult to hook up. This was in no way the pick up locations fault. This is a design flaw of the trailers.

Patrick JWeirton Tire is where I picked up the truck. Great people ,friendly, very nice truck. If I ever need to rent I will choose them again.
EDWARD GNot the fault of the location but the drop off time was very misleading and I was charged a late fee that was supposed to be dropped but again I never received a refund.

Auatin MUhaul was terrible. Was filthy dirty and would not get out of 2nd gear. Droive it less than 10 miles and had to put $25 of gas into it. The place was closed on Saturday so had to use a lock box to get the key.

Dan FThe app told me to go inside to get my key. The employee was not friendly and had no idea that I was supposed to be there. I had ordered (and paid for) a furniture dolly. That was NOT inside my truck. I like the convenience of the online reservation, but the employees at these places need to know whats going on as well.
Harry NInterior drivers side had excessive dirt and debris on the floor. Both cup holders had a sticky residue inside. Seatbelt adjust lever was broke on drivers side. Customer service at this location is always good.

DAVID MThe truck leaked inside the back and of my decoration got wet and ruined them. The motor was making a grinding noise. I have never had such a terrible experience. My items were ruined and I had to pay to get them ruined. I won't rent uhaul again.
