The truck leaked inside the back and of my decoration got wet and ruined them. The motor was making a grinding noise. I have never had such a terrible experience. My items were ruined and I had to pay to get them ruined. I won't rent uhaul again.Wendy M.

The trucks are pulled very close together, so there was no way an inexperienced driver could back the truck back into the spot it came from.Scott H.

When I picked up the u haul the cab was filthy. The last person to rent had eaten the cab and left not only their trash but also rib bones, french fires etc on the floor. There was also an empty beer can and they had smoked heavily in the cab. They had also broke glass that was all over the cabin area and pull out ramp. I had to clean and disinfect the cab area and sweep out the cabin. They also marked the tank at 1/2 full when it was more like 3/8's full, i have pictures. This is not what I expect from u-haul. Had I not been in a condition where I needed the u-haul I would have walked out and left it there and took my chances with Penske. I have pictures of all of this.Lowman R.

We traveled about 45 mins for the trailer we needed. When we finally go there, the trailer was buried in snow and before we left we actually used their shovel to clean the trailer off. This process took 1 hour and was very unprofessional. I will not return to this U-Haul. He also charged me the insurance fee without asking.SELINA P.
Location struggled to find someone to help connect the uHaul. I was required to help lift the unit onto the hitch. I eventually had to get the jack out of my truck to lift and place the unit on the ball. All UHaul rental facilities should have a jack to lift the unit and make it easy to hook-up and prevent injuries.ANTHONY A.

Closed on Sundays. If you return a rental on Sunday, you have to pay 20$ for them to check it in on monday. I feel ripped off.JONATHAN CREATH S.

Why did I incur an additional charge from this location. I completely filled gas to the top, gas station was less than 1 mile away. Swept out thoroughly, furniture pads folded and stacked. Nothing left in cab and no damage.Thomas W.
I was told truck was clean and ready to go. There was an old dirty hoodie laying in the cab of the truck and the truck smelled terrible. I was offered a can of glade air freshener to spray in the truck. Fuel gauge was marked but the truck was parked on a hill so the gauge dropped as soon as I pulled off the lot. I rented an appliance dolly with the truck and it wasn't ready. The lady working there pulled a dolly out of the garage and left it sitting outside the door. She said here's your dolly and the truck is around the side. Never went over anything with me. Basically just handed me my paperwork, took my money and sent me on my way.SCOTT EUGENE R.

Retrain them and they also charge me a $20 return fee when I returned it at 4:30 PM while they were open. Open trailer was located in a very difficult place to get it and dangerous.Bruce B.

I was told my gas tank was full when I pick up truck and it wasn't. I showed a picture of the gauge to the people when I turned it in. I also told uhaul where I was gonna turn the truck in but they never listened to me. Uhaul smelled like cigarette smoke, there was half a pack on The floor behind the seat. The driver door didn't shut correctly unless it was slammed from the outside, it was unsafe if shut from inside. The check I. Offices was a nightmare as I did t have a phone signal, but needed to use my phone to check in. What was the point of doing face-to-face pick up if I still had to use my phone/emailMATTHEW J.

I did mobile check in and the person doing check in at the location cancel out my mobile check in and proceeded to charge me for insurance which I had already declined with the mobile check in. I find this to be suspect at best and criminal at worst. After declining this coverage he chose to add a $16 package without even asking me about it.Howard Dale L.

The return was awful! It took us over an hour from the time we arrived on the lot until the time we left. The first lady that answered couldnt help us return it and gave us another number to call to reset our account, that number closed the hour before we called. We used two cell phones to try to return online and in the app. They both ended up loop back to the original log in page. It was an epic fail. Truck was not clean. Also not filled to Full and I was charged more because I didn't fill all the way. I also was given 80 extra miles because i had to drive an hour away to get the truck. They did not honor these miles when I turned my truck in. I opened up a case with Uhual and they have yet to do anything. Charged me almost 500 bucks.Charles S.

Make sure the fuel tank is full before renting the truck. I was given the truck at 15/16th full. When I fueled up it was impossible to get the level the same. I returned it full.Michael B.
