GREG W.On your website stop adding automatic defaults to additional items. It caused me additional phone calls and another trip to the store to have them removed. Noise level in the cab of the truck averaged 81 decibels while actually causes hearing loss. Could have been the badly misaligned driver door. I hope I never need to rent a truck again (from anyone) not just U-Haul

Chad M.I returned the truck after hours. The one thing that irked me about the drop-off was that they charged me $22 for gas for bringing it back "under 1/4 tank". When I picked up the truck in AZ it barely had gas in it. The girl working the counter said it had 1/8 of a tank and to bring it back with 1/4. The 1/8 tank may have been 1/32. I almost didn't make it the 30 miles back to the house. Then when I dropped it off it was right on, MAYBE ever so slightly less than 1/4 tank, like the 1/4 mark may have been barely visible to the right side of the needle, and they dinged me for the "under 1/4 tank" gas. It was so close that one gallon of gas would have easily covered the 1/4, but it was late, I'd been moving all day, and it was so close I thought it would be fine. Instead of letting it go, or at MOST charging me, on the high side, $5 for a gallon they charged $22. Seems their idea of what 1/8 or 1/4 is varies depending on whether they can try to get more money out of the customer.

I was so upset by her behavior that I had to turn the trailer into another location to avoid another confrontation.

doug P.Scammers. I was charged an additional day without anyone mentioning it to me. Per the contract I was given 72 hours and I returned it within 68. I have called Sasak several times with no response, and I returned an email to u-haul with no response yet. I will dispute the charge on my AmEx. In fact , I might as well dispute all of them from U-haul! I rented the truck at a fixed price, then I was charged for insurance at the pick up location. This was never mentioned prior.

Brian L.We had rented a dolly on line and when we got there, there were none available. The owner said that U-Haul knows there are none at that location, but still allows people to rent on line. This is disappointing, not in the owner, but in U-Haul. There must be a way to refer customers to other locations to get ancillary equipment.

Dan D.Despite state and local mandates, none of the employees were wearing Masks. . These employees were talking continuously, laughing loudly and even whistling... without masks! This was a very upsetting experience.
Gerald S.The trailer was good and the guy who helped me get it hooked up was friendly and helpful. There are a couple of things that bothered me. 1: Even though required by the State of Colorado, the staff were not wearing masks. 2: When I asked for help with my hitch, the lady at the desk complained to me about using her guys for that. She did end up doing it but was not customer friendly.

Candy A.I returned the trailer on Saturday by noon. (Just over 2 days of usage). I was allowed 5 days. I paid for 5 days. I received an email saying that I didn't return it until Wednesday and they are charging me a late fee for its return. HUH? Emails to them are not answered.... HELP!
Thomas K.Overall ... not related to this particular location ... I was not satisfied with the Uhaul experience. I had explicitly booked a vehicle at your location closest to the EGE airport for me to just walk over to the location to pick up the vehicle. Less than 24 hours before pick-up Haul cancelled on me. That's not what I would have expected ... and certainly caused additional inconvinience and cost for me to manage the necessary transfer from the airport.
