The owner of this location was the rudest, most unhelpful person. You guys should really consider moving your business to a different location, as I'm sure there are plenty of businesses in the Valley that would love to partner with you. She was complaining about U-Haul on the phone with someone when I got there to drop off the truck and acted like I was such an inconvenience to her when dropping off the trailer. I would rather drive an extra hour to drop off equipment than go to this location again.
