The woman who works the front desk at Werks Auto and Diesel Repair â€œVanessaâ€ used inappropriate foul language and hung up on me when I informed her I would need to hold onto my trailer overnight due to circumstances beyond my control. I was so upset by her behavior that I had to turn the trailer into another location to avoid another confrontation.James W.

Scammers. I was charged an additional day without anyone mentioning it to me. Per the contract I was given 72 hours and I returned it within 68. I have called Sasak several times with no response, and I returned an email to u-haul with no response yet. I will dispute the charge on my AmEx. In fact , I might as well dispute all of them from U-haul! I rented the truck at a fixed price, then I was charged for insurance at the pick up location. This was never mentioned prior.Robert A.

Flat tire and weak tire on trailer immediately. However, both were fixed the next day. I think better inspection was in order. Perhaps my own fault. Maybe I should've chosen a better pick up locale. Live and learn.Brian L.
We had rented a dolly on line and when we got there, there were none available. The owner said that U-Haul knows there are none at that location, but still allows people to rent on line. This is disappointing, not in the owner, but in U-Haul. There must be a way to refer customers to other locations to get ancillary equipment.Sandra S.

Despite state and local mandates, none of the employees were wearing Masks. . These employees were talking continuously, laughing loudly and even whistling... without masks! This was a very upsetting experience.Gerald S.
The trailer was good and the guy who helped me get it hooked up was friendly and helpful. There are a couple of things that bothered me. 1: Even though required by the State of Colorado, the staff were not wearing masks. 2: When I asked for help with my hitch, the lady at the desk complained to me about using her guys for that. She did end up doing it but was not customer friendly.John E.

I returned the trailer on Saturday by noon. (Just over 2 days of usage). I was allowed 5 days. I paid for 5 days. I received an email saying that I didn't return it until Wednesday and they are charging me a late fee for its return. HUH? Emails to them are not answered.... HELP!Thomas K.
Overall ... not related to this particular location ... I was not satisfied with the Uhaul experience. I had explicitly booked a vehicle at your location closest to the EGE airport for me to just walk over to the location to pick up the vehicle. Less than 24 hours before pick-up Haul cancelled on me. That's not what I would have expected ... and certainly caused additional inconvinience and cost for me to manage the necessary transfer from the airport.MICHAEL H.

They called and charged me $25 for folding the blankets we rented. I was not told in Plano that I had to refold them. I have never been charged for this before. In addition, someone has to fold them anyway to rebag them. I was not happy. This is just a way to make $25 off of me after the fact.Gregory H.
