The person in charge, Suzanne, is what made this transaction so pleasant. Her customer service skills are excellent. Friendly, warm, and welcoming.

Easy and simple and the trucks are great. Easy to drive and feels safe

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop off was easy as could be. Price was very fair.

Staffing location made it Very Difficult to pick up and drop off vehicle. In addition rented for and reform a 24 hr rental but got charged for two. NO ONE present ( office closed) when dropped the vehicle. Very very dissatisfied ethos location. Staffing made it difficult.

24/7 pickup had a small glitch, but it was resolved. Drop off was excellent, and customer service was probably the best I've ever received from any U-Haul location.

Pickup by phone was challenging. Lots of steps to complete and requires to call for help. Needed to provide contact info of a friend or family member that needed to be available right then. Would've been helpful to plan for that. After pickup, everything was great!

I appreciate that my final bill reflected that I had returned the truck with the extra fuel I put in. That was unexpected, kind, and most needed! Merci.

You had what i needed when i needed it. The fee of $40 for 2 gallons of gas seemed excessive. The location is convenient for me.

Cruise control and sound deadening material. The lack of both made the driving experience more stressful.

it started badly. I had a pick up at 9am at west coast self storage silver state but when I got there I learned it didn't even open until 10am. fortunately, the employee, Suzette, arrived early at about 9:30 and also fortunately, there was a returned truck that she quickly checked in and then rented to me. I give Suzette a 10+ for service and saving my day but uhaul a 1.

Travelled from Reno to Bay area in the snow, sleet, rain, mud--and the wipers were worn and made driving dangerous. Obviously not checked or replaced given these conditions. Also, the cupholders are terrible. They are too shallow and wide and coffee and other beverages constantly fell out of the holders on onto our laps and all over the place. Made driving experience miserable.
