it started badly. I had a pick up at 9am at west coast self storage silver state but when I got there I learned it didn't even open until 10am. fortunately, the employee, Suzette, arrived early at about 9:30 and also fortunately, there was a returned truck that she quickly checked in and then rented to me. I give Suzette a 10+ for service and saving my day but uhaul a 1.
Steve WThe lady was very nice. The only thing was that we rented for one day and got charged for two
dave wTravelled from Reno to Bay area in the snow, sleet, rain, mud--and the wipers were worn and made driving dangerous. Obviously not checked or replaced given these conditions. Also, the cupholders are terrible. They are too shallow and wide and coffee and other beverages constantly fell out of the holders on onto our laps and all over the place. Made driving experience miserable.
