They were not prepared for our arrival even though I confirmed it twice. They asked for me to separate the truck and trailer so my wife and I could push the trailer into place. I retuned the truck with more gas than required but she told me I was going to be charged because it wasn't enough. I had to show her my paperwork and explain it to her. As a customer I felt like I had to guide her through everything. Maybe they don't do many rentals in this small town store, but they just didn't seem prepared and equipped.

My card was charged $1381for a four-hour rental from another location out of state and I was never able to reach anyone by phone or email. I still don't have any clear answers

The lady at this location, I felt kept wanting to charge me more than was quoted. I was quoted anything over 92 miles was 0,4 cents and she first said well its weekend so it is more, then when I brought it up again she said 0,49 cents a mile. When we called shopping around she had originally said $1,79 cents a mile over the 92. One of the tires on the vehicle was low so we had to go find a gas station to air up the tire.

You made me drive 80 miles out off my way to pick up and drop off in different locations than where I preferred

Just a bare bones pick up and drop off location, but it gets the job done and saves me a few extra miles on the truck and my own vehicle.

Had to speak with someone on the phone who I could barely hear. Store workers were not wearing masks or following Covid precautions. Truck smelled like someone was smoking in it and was not cleaned before I got into it. It also drove poorly and clearly needed maintenance done. This made me not want to rent a U-Haul truck again

The gentleman at our pickup facility was very friendly and helpful. The straps that go over the tires were rusted and wouldnt release. Had to find a stranger with WD40 to assist us when we were loading the vehicle.

The windshield wipers we're worthless. They actually dangerous and had it rained I would of had to pull over.

I checked in online, yet the location still required a check-in process that took forever considering the clerk was also waiting on customers at this quick-mart. It was also ridiculously out in the middle of nowhere. The clerk was, however, courteous and polite.
