Stop using the county West market the bitch behind counter had a complete attitude. Tried charging me $75 when total was $65. And tire was flat

They were not prepared for our arrival even though I confirmed it twice. They asked for me to separate the truck and trailer so my wife and I could push the trailer into place. I retuned the truck with more gas than required but she told me I was going to be charged because it wasn’t enough. I had to show her my paperwork and explain it to her. As a customer I felt like I had to guide her through everything. Maybe they don’t do many rentals in this small town store, but they just didn’t seem prepared and equipped.

Sherrie RThe lady at this location, I felt kept wanting to charge me more than was quoted. I was quoted anything over 92 miles was .40 cents and she first said well its weekend so it is more, then when I brought it up again she said .49 cents a mile. When we called shopping around she had originally said $1.79 cents a mile over the 92. One of the tires on the vehicle was low so we had to go find a gas station to air up the tire.
