The man at the garage seemed bothered just said drop key in box and I could wait for the next worker because he was leaving soon. Then realized I left something in front seat, seemed very annoyed he had to retrieve the key for me.

SHERYLYNNN LUDVIGTruck was filthy. Smelled of smoke. Was close to empty when I picked it up. Had some liquid spilled throughout the interior. The driver seat had a brown substance on it. Trucks need to be cleaned and customers not told this is the only truck of you need to hand one.

Adrian LopezThis location does not allow for phone calls to come through. At a couple points in the day, I needed to reach someone at this location and was unable to do so. The phone does not ring, only says that they're busy and to leave a message. Even when I called the Uhaul 1-800 number, they had trouble getting through to this location.
Brianna SwitzerThe truck was delivered to me with a right front tire that was low and the engine light on for changing the oil. I didn't realize how low the tire was until I had to fill it up myself. I was basically flat with only 20 PSI when it should have been 55 PSI. Overall it just added to the stress of the day.

Maik bainOverall I would recommend this location to a friend. the guy was very friendly but the only thing I didn't like was that they over charged me for gas when in fact I did return the truck with the same amount of gas. I always take a picture of the dash every time a rent so that way I know how much gas I have to put on the truck. I show that guy the picture and he did agree with me that the truck had the same amount and the the agreement they put a different amount not nice..

Diogo Moussa BarryGoogle identifies the location as a 24 hour location. However, when we returned the truck (about 12:30 a.m.) the gate was down and no drop off box to be found! It appeared other costumers had no choice but to leave their rentals parked on the street as the gate to the establishment was down and no one could enter to safely park their U-Haul in the facility's secured lot.

DANIEL SORIANO HERNANDEZThe first thing is that the guy that is working in that location is very nasty with the customers because since me and my husband got to the place he was talking to us very bad and because we ask for his name he said he don't care why i ask his name for and didn't tell us and after that he got more furious and told us,(you know what I'm not going to rent this truck because I don't want to any ways I don't work for uhaul! So I don't care,that was his words ,so we didn't want any problems and we step out of the place then he call me and gave me the truck how he want to,and I understand im paying for a service and spending my money so we don't deserve been treated like this..

Dan ScottI am so disappointed and unhappy with U-Haul. At the pick up location where I went to pick up my truck. The worker was very rude and unprofessional he did not explain to me what he did on my account, I did not get a contract when I was done and he changed my drop off location without letting me know. When I made the reservation the night before I specifically put that I wanted to pick up in the Bronx and drop off in Queens. When I get there to pick up the vehicle he ran my information took my ID and my card and I leaned over to look at the computer and he gave me a look like he was angry that I did that. Later in the day when I went to return the vehicle I noticed that my drop off location was changed And I was charged for insurance when I know during my reservation I opt out of the insurance. And I was checked out early and was given the wrong order. So I am very unhappy that I was charged for something that I didn't want and that the worker did not communicate with me what he did, and I was given a truck that was damaged. the front bumper on the left side was cracked I took a video of the vehicle before I drove off. To improve for the next customer I would suggest that you stress that your workers communicate with the customer and deal with them very professionally after my last experience I wouldn't recommend U-haul to anyone and I don't ever wanna use U-Haul again. I wish I can get a refund back honestly.
Kenneth GrahamI would update the pictures on the website of the vehicle every time someone uses it. Vehicle should be washed and cleaned in the inside. Overall everything else was okie dokie.
