The truck had mud all over it and we were over charged for it. Very unpleased

James GMy original reservation was at ProFlow Motorsports. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that they were closed all day. I then called UHaul and they found KPM. When I arrived at KPM they were also closed. Finally, I called West Oak directly and they were open and very helpful in providing a trailer.
William WLaurie was fantastic throughout the entire process. Very helpful, knew her responsibilities well and was always as step ahead of taking care of our needs. Definitely a super shining star for a positive experience with U-Haul!

Veronica MRepresentative was friendly and helpful. However, the online portion was not user friendly. It took me four or five different attempts to even set up an account. I was never able to check equipment back in electronically, even after over thirty minutes of trying. I followed directions precisely and for whatever reason it just wouldn't work. It was very aggravating, I left very dissatisfied with the electronic part of the process. In total I spent at least an hour trying to set up account and return trailer. In my opinion if Uhaul is going to require the online part of this service then the website/process needs to actually work the way it should.
Jerry HOriginal pick up location was Ridgeland, MS 100 miles away. Had to drive 200 miles round trip to pick up the Truck. I drive from Atlanta GA to Ridgeland MS and then to Laurel MS back to Ridgeland MS. Customer Service was RUDE, INDIFFERENT, DISINTERESTED and EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. I have used UHaul many times over the years and this may be the LAST. Horrible experience!!!!

GREGG FIt's unfortunate that this location doesn't open until 10:00. However, online reservation was great and easy to do . Made it easy to find what we needed. Still, had a lot to get done. An earlier start would have been nice .

Clara GAttendant did not give me paperwork for rental, so I worried the whole trip that I would not have the information in case of brake down or proof of rental. It caused unnecessary stress on a 2 000 mile trip, very unhappy!!!

crystal GIf they are closed there is no way to get in the gate. The only way we were able to get in was because someone was at their storage unit. Perhaps they could give you the gate code when they send the email about dropping off truck.
