We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. We requested a 26’ truck with Better tires than the truck we rented in December 2016 and we got a great truck with excellent tires and low miles on the truck. We were sooo pleased. Now to relax and enjoy our new move. Thank you UHaul

Address for drop off took me to a totally different place on Google Maps. Was going to charge me for being 30 minutes late. Charge was waved. Could have dropped off trailer on Sunday, but business is closed on Sundays.

I returned the truck one day early but I was still charged for two days. I was not happy with this. My recommendation would be guarded because if this An extra charge for gas also added. Not good at all

I would not recommend, nor will I used Uhaul again. This location was much more helpful and at least credited me something back but I would still never recommend the Uhaul company again considering the amount of extra time that was required to use it.

Equipment in shoddy condition. Inside was held together by plastic ties. Trailer was dirty and had water in the bed. Had to be cleaned out before I could leave. Location did not have enough room to back trailer on return. Attendant was incapable of preforming the normal duties. I will not be back at this location ever. Uhaul should not use vendors like this.

The location was fine. The lady that accepted the return made it solund like she did me a favor for not charging me an additional day, but I returned within 24 hrs. It took over an hour for me to get in and out of the leasing dealer.... and the fact that I could not use the rental, though an obvious embarrassment to her, she did not know how to respond. Over all, my experience at both places was very positive people wise and facility wise... BUT was a huge negative in terms of what I was rented. In my opinion, it started with the booking Agent as she knew I was pulling a vehicle but she seemed to assume the small tractor was a lawn mower. It was a Kubota L210 and I really needed the car hauler I called about.
