timothy ShearerWhen you free authorize a card for a certain amount and the bill is less than that authorization that you authorize it for I shouldn't have to wait for a refund that is due back to me I shouldn't have to wait over 24 hours to get my refund back into my account please try to improve on that because once the bill is final and it closed my refund should completely return back into my account instead of still being pending because I could use that money that's on hold.

MARCELLA FORRESTThe truck broke down within 1,5 hrs of renting the equipment. And when I called them the lady was making every excuse. Instead being apologetic her words were " well when I Crunk it up this morning it was fine" & she repeated this several times. I grew frustrated & i told her that it was unacceptable & i asked for the solution to get going, she stated "Mam I am not going to argue with you and you can scan the barcode on your paper work to get some help" then she hung up. Imagine if I had not purchased the safe way roadside help. The rented uhaul was broke down. Be apologetic immediately & offer me some assistance being that she knew they did not inspect that uhaul properly. The battery was corroded with alot of green powder. They can't be checking that equipment which was not good for me and it was very inconvenient. It was taken care of but it could have been avoided beforehand & after it happened, customer service from West Point storage could have handled it better from the jump by taking accountability & offering their help.
Lacie BrooksI demand a refund for cleaning fee!!! I want photos saying the truck was dirty! I have never received a cleaning charge for all my rentals of the past!! Insulting!!! These thieves had the nerve to ask me to bag our 2 dozen rental blankets in the extreme heat! We actually complied! I have never, once, been asked to do their job for bagging. Our blankets were folded, bagged as asked and the truck was spotless. I was also charged a wrong location drop off of my truck when traffic switched my pick off location from Auburn to West Point. I explained to traffic that I would have to drop off the truck at West point because I was re-routed to that location to pick up another reservation there and was exchanging trucks. Why was I charged a fee for wrong drop off? I had no way to get from Auburn to West Point as I explained to traffic. I need a call from customer care asap!

When returning truck, still very rude and making comical clues concerning the situation just happened. Appeared personal to her.

They were knowledgeable and explained everything in detail making sure I knew everything I needed to know and make the best choice. They even suggested that I get a larger truck which turned out to be the right choice. The small amount more the other truck cost was worth it. I would have had to make 2 trips if I had gotten the one I wanted. They actually saved me money

U-haul needs to improve their website to make it more customer friendly as far as rentals being available. I called 4 different places that said there was availability, and there was not. Thank God for West Point self storage!

Quinton RobertsI was charged a cleaning fee even though I swept out the back. I've never had this issue with renting a U-Haul before. My son found trash and a stuffed anima in the cab that did not belong to us, so apparently they don't check after everyone. I won't use this location again.
Sarah MadduxReturned truck after hours at this location. Heads up for anyone doing the same, drop the keys inside the slot of the door. I think this location should have a sign on the front door that tells you to do this because I didn't know and there wasn't a U-Haul drop box like the website tells you to look for so I was confused and found a lockbox with U-Haul on it and put the keys in there (turns out those boxes are only for truck pick up). Employee who called me on the phone looking for keys was polite!

JIMMIE BILLINGSLEYThis company needs to make sure that the previous payment matching with the amount charged from the debit. My previous payment says $181,32 but my bank was charged $208.00. Also take accountability for their mistake when made instead blaming the bank. The needs to make sure it has a for sure pick-up location. I received a call everyday after I made the reservation. My pick-up location changed 3 times.

BRYAN RUSHINGThe owner had no idea how to properly secure my car on the tow dolly. I watched a video and he was supposed to secure the seatbelt to the steering wheel. At a rest area I checked and straps were completely off. I have a video. When I placed my order the pickup location was changed 3 times. First Newnan then. Columbus Georgia I told her I was not driving 56 miles south to get a truck then 56 miles to load said truck then 56 miles to get my car on the trailer then 56 miles to start my trip. She told me that it was only place to pick up both pieces of equipment I needed. That is how I ended up in West Point Ga with a truck and dolly instead of a trailer

She had everything done and we were on our way in time to beat the huge rainstorm we had looming overhead! We have rented from there before and will do so in the future as our need arises.
MICHAEL SENKBEILGET SOME INTEGRITY AND STOP OVERBOKING!!! Poor communication and no fore-thought regarding the customer as to the inconvenience caused because of a lack of planning on u-haul's behalf. Picking up the u-haul truck was prime example of some of the poorest customer service I've ever witnessed!!!
Bennie RucksI had a bad experience with U Haul. Booked a month in advance to a outlet 2 miles from house. Had to drive 35 miles to pick up what I ordered. Told I'd get a 55 dollar credit. Did not! But given an extra day and a few more miles which I did not need!!!!! Told I could drop off at any location. Was not told it would cost!
