A small crank up and down lift jack on the tongue would be a help especially for us seniors . I had a 6×12 dual axle and thought it pretty heavy to lift on and off my hitch . Trailer towed great .

The store needs to stock more (different styles) towing hitches and equipment used for towing. I had to run to a non uhaul local store to get a tow hitch sleeve. Luckily they had it in stock. The straps on the auto transport were seriously dirty and straps were a bit frayed. One side came loose I noticed and had to stop the trip to retighten. The staff (Jessica) was very professional and helpful. A+

Make sure you tell uhaul that the person never took the equipment so that they will not be charged extra for something they didn't have.

Basic rental. Picked trailer up and brought it back without issues. Staff was nice and quick. They had my paper work ready when I got there.

My truck did not include the dolly's or furniture moving pads that I paid for. Mobile check in is a joke I spent an hour on the phone with customer support to complete the process. I will never use uhaul again.

The people at this location go above and beyond to help Uhaul customers. Jessica and Rob are incredibly nice, patient and do all they can to make the rental process easy. I would always prefer to get a Uhaul at this location.

Main offices of u haul sent me to THREE different dealers; all very nice.(dealers) Main people sounded young and were very snotty. One all but called me a liter and never apologized when she found out I was right. I will not recommend nor use u haul again if I have to deal with the main office.

I didn't use West Virginia self storage of Keyser WV. I used Frostburg, MD. Frostburg rental was very unprofessional. I will not use them again

After hours pickup was not set up as promised. I had to call in and luckily corporate hq was able to help! Also furniture dolly and moving blankets were not in truck at time of pickup.

I went to pick up my first reserved Uhaul and the place was closed (Berklry Dprings WV). Another sute in Hancick, Md cane through fir me. They wemt abive and beyond to work out a truck for me.

The staff was great...i came in a day early from my reservation and just minutes before closing time...the staff was very patient in waiting to accommodate my needs to make my moving chore suck way less than moving always does....
